PURCHASED TWO SIGNATURE MUGS This a GREAT company. Great pricing, great service and great shipping. Have purchased many mugs for friends, etc and this time purchased two personalized coffee mugs for wedding. Only drawback: also bought two "gift wrap packages" with it and thought that purchase was a little overpriced.

Great gift Gave this as the secret Santa gift at work. The recipient loved it. She was surprised that it had her name and favorite colors. Now no one can take her coffee mug at work!!!

Exceptional Customer Service I ordered this coffee mug for my brother as a Christmas gift so I was alarmed when tracking stated that it had arrived when in fact it had not. I contacted customer service by email and within 2 days they had another shipped so it did arrive before Christmas day. The Customer Service Representative that I corresponded with, Monica R, was apologetic, informative and friendly. I will definitely order from this company again.
