 Excellent Service on Defective ItemBy Shopper  (Columbia, MD) - August 14, 2012 I purchased one of these stones as a gift and within two months the finish had started to come off (see photo). I contacted Personalization Mall customer service and they promptly sent a replacement to the gift recipient. Hopefully, the defective item was a fluke and the replacement will not have the same issue. If it holds up, this is a really nice product - the words are actually etched/engraved, not just printed on and the rock is very realistic looking.

Beautiful and practical By Shopper (Eden Prairie, MN) - July 3, 2012 This product allowed me flexibility in how it was personalized. I created a "forever young" memorial for an infant who died. The material looks real enough and natural in my outdoor garden.

Family rock Decent quality. A little smaller than I anticipated, but nice none the less. It's a fake rock with a hollow back. Looks nice on the ground.

Review of Garden Stone Would prefer it to be a year round stone that doesn't have to be removed during inclement weather.

Nice product By Shopper (Parker, CO) - June 20, 2019 No issues with product, it’s very nice. My only issue is that is was broken during delivery. There was very little packing material in the box so no surprise it arrived in pieces. The company has been very responsive and is delivering a new one free of charge. I hope it arrives in one piece!

Not completely satisfied I thought it would be more like an actually stone and print would be bigger and more bold. I'm using it to put on my mother's grave. Also I was disappointed I seen it shortlyy after I purchased it for $7.00 less. But I did purchase other items and was well pleased.

Fast delivery By Shopper (Salem, OR) - December 14, 2016 I was under impression that this was an actual stone. It isn't. The front looks like stone, it is flat on the back. The personalization turned out good though.

Large garden stone I have a mefium garden stone that I ordered from another site and it is an actual stone. It is heavy. The stone from this site is hollowed out and seems lower quality.

Not what I expected By Shopper (Firestone, CO) - November 16, 2015 The color in your picture shows a gray rock that would blend in with other rock in surroundings. What I got was a yukky gold/brown colored product. Not happy with it, so have not given it to a neighbor as a memorial.

Personalized garden rock I purchased several of these for Christmas gifts and was disappointed on the yellowish coloring of the rocks.

Looks great but..... I bought this for a wedding gift and it just came today. It looks very nice but it is not engraved. It is printed with a stamp. I hope it last for years to come...

Garden ID Rock Rock is more of a cover than a rock. It is very thick and a very nice looking piece of art for the yard but it has to be removed in inclimate weather. The family name jumps out at anyone passing by the garden area.

3/4 of a rock By Shopper (Streamwood, IL) - December 17, 2014 I was disappointed with the rock, because it looks like a whole rock in the picture, however, it is not. It's actually 3/4 of a rock. The top and sides are there but the bottom is cut off. In my opinion, the product I got looks cheap and unfinished.

Garden stone ok. Didn't think it would be hollow on the inside and also a little disappointed with the engraving. Just not what I expected.

 Garden StoneBy Shopper (Austin, TX) - December 14, 2020 The description was not clear that it is just half of a rock.It says "Flat on reverse side, center is hollow".It is not flat on the reverse side because it is empty.For weight/shipping I understand,but I expected a "whole" garden stone that was hollow in the center.I guess that you get what you pay for, but there are better options out there where you get the "whole" stone and not just "half" of it.

Dont love the look or quality By Shopper (Encinitas, CA) - May 19, 2016 this doesn't really appear to be a stone. The picture is much better than the reality. It is pretty flat and has a hollow bottom. The printing on it also doesn't have the same quality as the appearance in the picture.

Sad that it didn't last I bought this two years ago and after about a year it started chipping away... Too bad, it was such a great addition to our landscaping while it lasted.

Disappointed in letter size This is the first purchase from Personalization Mall that I've been disappointed with. The top line on the stone is in smaller print than on the bottom...It fell within the range of letters allowed, but it does not look proportioned correctly. Yes, I previewed for spelling correctness, etc., but I am disappointed in appearance...unfortunately it is a gift. (it looks better in the picture than in real life.)

Disappointed Overall I expected the names and sentiment to be ENGRAVED in the "stone". It is only painted and I think this will wear off in time. Not satisfied and would not buy again.

Misleading description By Shopper (North Wales, PA) - June 18, 2013 I think there should be a picture of the OTHER side of this item for people to see before they purchase. The description does not adequately convey that the item is actually hollowed out on the underside. So, really, it is nothing like a stone at all, except that the top LOOKS like a stone.
