 Wish It Was By Shopper (LEVITTOWN, PA) - December 23, 2021 I do like the tray. The engraving was great. I wish it was more steardy. I feel like if you grab the handles the wrong way or have too much on the tray it will break. The handles are too thin maybe? Again, I like the product. Just be careful.

Happy Service was fast. :) Was a gift so did not see the final product and the quality of the tray. With that being said, I would order from your company again and would recommend them.

Serving tray and gift wrap One corner of the tray seems to be about to break.
I paid for gift wrapping. It's just in a box with a rubber.band around it Doesn't remotely look like it was wrapped. Disappointing.

VERY PRETTY TRAY; NICE SIZE ALSO This tray is indeed pretty and seems well made. Purchased as an engagement party gift, I know that everyone enjoys a tray, especially if it's personalized. Came in a nice black box; hence it'll be easy to gift wrap. I do find items quite pricey, especially for this item.

serving tray Love it ! At first purchase, the name was barely visible and I called customer service and right awAy, they asked me to send a picture and they ended up replacIng it and the new one is perfect. Exactly as pictured. Can't wait to give it as a gift this Christmas !

Monogramed Tray This is a very nice tray; but one of the rubber feet on the bottom was missing. I'm hoping the company will send me a foot to complete it, especially since it's a gift.

Edges The tray looks real nice. I was surprised that all the edges were so sharp. I am not sure if that could be corrected on the material it is made of but thought I would just mention this as long as you asked for a comment.

Nice tray but not as precision as I had hoped for The lettering wasn't as nice as I had hoped. One area in particular was not good- maybe where an etching tool began and stopped. I would choose a color next time- the clear etching doesn't stand out much.

Can hardly see the name and initial By Shopper (Chattanooga, TN) - September 7, 2017 The tray is nice, but I do wish that some of the reviews had mentioned that you can barely see the name and initial on the tray. I understand now why the picture shows the tray sitting on a dark colored placemat.
Disappointed. The initial doesn't show up as well in person as it does in the picture online.

The edges are really not curved like in the photo, which I think adds a bit of elegance to it.

Nice, but not exactly as pictured By Shopper (Houston, TX) - May 12, 2014 It is a nice tray, but the picture makes the engraved personalization appear frosted. The reality is the engraved personalization is almost just as clear as the tray itself. I would have preferred that it stand out a little better, but I gave it to the couple anyway - too late to change it. I'm sure they'll love it anyway.

Cheaply made By Shopper (Lexington, TN) - December 9, 2012 Love the idea but after receiving it I felt bad giving it to my in-laws. One it felt very fragile. It was plastic and I was afraid to handle it to much. Also the personalization isn't as dark as it is in the picture. I felt like it may be hard for them to see it right away. I expected it to be white and pop out but it's very faint actually like a frosted color

 Mono trayWhile I have made several orders from "Personization Mall" and have been very happy with my purchases, I was dissapointed with this item. the tray is smaller then I thought and the edges are "sharp" to the touch.
