 good quality, looks greatThe quality of this product is great, very thick and highly usable. I did two different pics on two different pads. The first one, the pic loaded and I had no problem with. The second one not so lucky. I could never get the pic to cover the entire mouse pad even after a call to customer service. You really have to make sure you have a high grade picture or it is a bear to get it loaded.

Use a Great Photo! By Shopper (Havertown, PA) - April 30, 2013 I ordered two of these for Mother's Day gifts and they were fantastic! They came out wonderful but word to the wise, listen to the photo prompts and follow the downloading instructions! If you don't have a great quality picture (i.e. an IPhone photo like I used) there's a chance it might not be the greatest picture. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely order more of these again ... with a better resolution picture!

Great buy I bought this for my husband, and he loves it. My only complaint was it smelled awful when you first open it. Like burnt rubber, or worse. Othen than that the picture quality is great and he enjoys it being at work with him.

Either way my father loved it and was extremely pleased.

 Not impressedI have placed numerous orders with personalizationalmall, and have been very happy with the products. However this mouse pad has really disappointed me. The fact that your website address is at the front bottom right hand corner is at best tacky. Your website address has always been at the back - to put it in the front takes away from the picture. I will not be using this mouse pad. If this is a new marketing tool, please let me know so I will stop ordering.
Signed not impressed.
