Distressed Personalized Tie I loved the idea of this tie as my father has ALWAYS worn one! Crazy ones, expensive ones but never one this personal..with all the grandkids names. While I wasn't exceptionally pleased with my first glance at the tie...I contacted the company to express my concern. Their response was polite, quick and made me review the description online. The tie is gorgeous..my problem is I ordered the TAN and it looked "distressed", like the colors ran in certain areas. Once I was told this was a "distressed" look and I looked at the darker ones I did recognize this. The quality is 100%! It was just me that didn't realize it would look distressed. My father..the tie guy..the military, well dressed man I was afraid would not like it. HE LOVED IT!! I presented it to him yesterday and he loved the color and never even mentioned the "distressed" look. He did comment on how he enjoyed the tan and how he could wear it with anything!Great Gift! I suggest the description state the distressed look.

repeated name tie I bought this tie for my brother who has 3 children. When I received it I thought it was better than what I had expected and now want to buy one for my dad with all 6 grandkid's names on it.

Nephew gifts Bought these ties for my nephews for Christmas. Colors are bright and the names stand out well. The fabric is very nice as well.

Fast delivery. By Shopper (Nashville, TN) - December 20, 2012 I was surprised by the fast delivery of the product. My concerns were that the Back all the tie was white, which I did not expect. The other concern was that two days later the same product went on sale for a less expensive cost and when I called customer service they did not give me the difference in the price although I had only ordered it a couple of days earlier.

The gift that she'll love too! What a great gift. Next year I'm buying my boss one with the Company name on it. My only complaint is the narrow choice of color combination. And that the wording is a "streched out" I guess you'd say. But I think my niece's boyfriend will like it and my niece will love it since it's got her name on it too. No wondering who that boy belongs too now!

Personalized neck tie By Shopper (Mustang, OK) - December 1, 2012 The quality and beauty of this item is just unsurpassed and it was more than I expected. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because one of the names on it is seven letters long, and some of it goes off the edge and is not legible; however, it can be read vertically, just a little harder to read.I got it in blue and it is really striking.

 Good to a point.I don't like the back of the tie being white. It should match the background of the front of the tie. Also, the blue background shows through the white printed name on the front. Not enough to ruin it, but it could be better.

Nice Enough I purchased the personalized tie for my husband. I had our kids names on the tie (we have three). Our oldest child’s name (which was on line 1) is shorter than our youngest child’s name. Some how his name was not completely displayed on the tie but the youngest was. If it wasn’t for that I’d given 4 stars. The names are also a bit blurry.

Happy/Not Happy I love this tie. I love that all the grands' names are there. I don't love that not ALL of their names are there. The font size doesn't allow for the entire name of two of our grands to be shown...not long names, 6 letters each. I come from a graphic design background, and it seems this would have been something that would have been proofed for and an adjustment made on. It would have earned this review a 5-star, along with raves and accolades of your product to others.

Repeating name tie By Shopper (Calhoun, LA) - January 10, 2016 Was disappointed that some of the names did not show completely on the tie. Also, it looked like it had been washed and some of the lettering was coming off. This was a gift for my dad and he already knew about it or I would have returned it.

Nice tie, color not as expected By Shopper (Jackson, MI) - February 17, 2015 I ordered the blue tie, what came was a purple tie. A bit disappointed as it wasn't what I was expecting. Would have given 5 stars if it was actually blue. The purple tie works okay and my husband really liked it with the kids' names on it.
Also ordered a tie for grandpa with all the grandchildren's names (10 names) - only 4 of the names appear in full, 3 slightly cut off and 3 barely there . When I viewed the preview it showed 7 names in full and 3 only a bit cut off. Fairly disappointed in that. If more of the names would have been in full or if the preview would have been accurate would have given 5 stars. Using the sites limit of 10 names/12 characters each, I would have expected that what I previewed was what I was going to receive.

Great idea, light on the quality. My son is a DJ, so I thought it would be cute and good advertising to wear his name "DJ Real" tie at weddings. First, the ink is only on the front of the tie. That's okay, but makes it look a little cheap. Second, in order for name to be visible, I used the same name, different ways. (Line 1: DJ R E A L, Line 2: D J REAL, Line 3: DJ DJ Line 4: Real Real) in this way I was able to read his name. When I used one line..DJ Real, on preview there was a lot of 1/2 lines. DJ Rea, eal DJ. He loved it.

Personalized tie Purchased as a gift. Nice tie idea but color was not great. Tie is supposed to be blue but looks more like purple

Missing letters Some of the names were repeated too large so that the entire name was never on the tie. If it was alternated between large and small, it would have been on there . Other than that, it is a really nice tie that my husband really liked ! If it would have been like the preview it would have been better.

Only Great for short names I was so excited about the prospect of a fun tie that would show all of the grandkids names on it. It doesn't. There are three repeating names that are the only ones you can actually read, the rest are cut off on the front and/or the back. Bummer! And most of the names are only four letters, so I should have been able to see the whole name!

Not as I imagined. By Shopper (Crestwood, KY) - April 23, 2013 The words I used looked great - but the back of the tie looks like white satin - cheap looking. If they would continue the pattern on the back - like a regular tie, it would really improve it.

monogrammed tie i liked the tie i recieved however i felt the first name could have been seen better rather than cutting off the first or last letter and the black in the tie could have been darker. however its an original idea and i liked it.

Better quality control needed By Shopper (Cambridge, MA) - December 8, 2012 I like the idea of this product very much and was pleased with it when it arrived. But then I noticed that some of the larger names were not fully imprinted and was surprised that it had been mailed out in that condition. So I am going to mail it back to see if you think it meets your standards.

Fun This will be a great gift for our nephew, we just wish that it said the full name more than just a couple times.

Love the tie, color and ink issue I had the tie in black. The ink has a blue tone to it. Also, the letters all have ink spots in them.

Missing words By Shopper (Dalton, PA) - December 8, 2012 I returned the tie for 3 reasons: All of the words requested were NOT on the tie, were cut off. The BLACK tie has WHITE BACKING. The overall print and tie quality reminded me of a rental acetate religious ceremony tie...cheap.

Not my favorite purchase This is a cute idea for a gift and it is nice that you can add so many names, but the names get cut off in different spots on the tie, and, I'm not sure why, but the white lettering on the tan tie looks like it is dirty. If you look really close, it is clearly something that is created by the printing process, but I didn't like that from a few inches away it just looks dirty.

 Bad materialLove the idea but the material and quality is very cheap. Would not recomend if you wanted them to really wear it, but great if you just wanted for fun.

letters missing chunks of ink By Shopper (tuckahoe, NY) - November 25, 2017 to my surprise, the preview photo did not match the tie i received at all... chunks of the white letters were missing, A LOT of ink was missing, they are not solid letters, which is certainly not how their preview photo is depicted.. it is very deceiving. When i called customer service and spoke to rep, and then supervisor, they said that is how it is, and that that is how the tie looked in the advertisement, which is certainly not true, i would not have made the purchase if i knew chunks of the letters ink were missing.. it is a shame b/c if they were solid ink letters it would've been a nice tie.. anyway, i was stuck with this tie, and i gave it to the person as a gift, of course he didn't say anything, but it was an embarrassment, but i had no other choice but to give it at the last minute.. terrible customer service as well.. i was a customer for 5 years, but no more

not what is promised The color of this tie is completely off. It was supposed to be blue, but in no way is this tie blue. It is purple!! Evert shirt I held it up to, there was no mistaking it....purple!!! I was so disappointed!! Do NOT order this unless yo want purple over blue.

Great if you want PURPLE I purchased this tie after searching other sites for something similar. I like the design of this. I chose blue and entered the team members' names so we could give this to our girl's basketball coach. The school colors are blue and gold. However my tie is clearly purple. I've shown it to several people who all say immediately 'purple' when I ask them what color the tie is. I can't give this to our coach. I contacted customer service about my issue and sent pictures. I'm wrong. Not them.

Father's Day gift We had 6 names on there and couldn't read all of them. Several names were cut off. When I previewed the product, you could see all names. When we received the product, the names were cut off on the sides. We also had a tie with just 3 names and it was the same, you couldn't read all of them. We had a tie with 2 names and it was fine.

CHEAP! The color is dyed onto a white satin tie. It looks awful! You can see the edge of the white satin and the knot looks awful. Thought I found a clever gift for my husband but Im gonna just throw this one away!

Not what I expected It makes a good "fun" gift but I cant see many gentlemen wearing this regularly. It is white on the backside, the pattern does not wrap around and the material is not the best. It looks and feels very inexpensive.
