A very nice gift By Shopper (Fishers, IN) - August 4, 2017 I ordered these as an engagement gift, they are nice thick wood and the engraving is perfect. They came exactly as shown in the photograph and I'm sure the couple will enjoy them for a long time. I wish there was an option to pay for real leather straps because that would have looked even nicer. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Luggage Tags I was pleased with the quality BUT I found the picture misleading. It shows two luggage tags so that's what I THOUGHT I was ordering. I was disappointed when the order arrived and only ONE was there. These were gifts and I felt that I couldn't give just one so I replaced the order again. $10 a piece would have made me think differently on my order as I was ordering them for three different couples.

Misleading Picture The product looks great. The inscription is lovely. However, the inscription is on the back of the initial tag. It is not 2 separate tags as shown in the picture.

Not quite as good I was a little disappointed in the quality of this product. The wood is very light weight and "cheap" feeling. The strap is also a very very cheap faux leather. It was very good for the price I paid but I did expect a little better quality

Wooden bag Tag I really like the product! However the photo in the add made it look like it was 2 tags instead of 1. I just didn't pay close enough attention I guess.

Great looking tags As I have not actually traveled since receiving them, I cannot attest to how well they stand up to travel, especially airline travel. Visually, these are beautiful tags. Classic and distinctive, but not ostentatious. For looks, I would recommend these to my friends and family. Durability has yet to be determined.

Great for travelers These turned out just as pictured. These tags were very inexpensive but look great. The carving looks so intricate and detailed. My stepfather is on a plane every month so I gave this to him as a Christmas present from my son. I ordered 2 so they should definitely be put to good use!!!! Worth the price.

Have tested them out on luggage yet By Shopper (Jacksonville, FL) - December 12, 2014 The little "pleather" strap is cheap looking but the tag is really nice. It is engraved and looks just as it does in the photo on-line. It is pretty thin though and I am not sure how it will hold up on our luggage when we travel, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Inexpensive, so we aren't out much if they don't last long.

Nice Luggage Tags I purchased luggage tags for me and my mom. The tags are of good quality and to my surprise they are a lot thicker than I imagined. My only disappointment is I thought it included 2 luggage tags. Now the price has increased.

Bigger than I imagined By Shopper (Des Moines, WA) - January 22, 2014 I was really surprised at the size of these tags once they arrived.its about 3.5 inches high and 2.5 inches wide... I imagined them key chain sized. Nevertheless, they were beautiful and smelled as if personalizations were just burn out on them. They look great, only concern would be how well they will hold on a bag/luggage as the belt buckle opens up quite easily at the slightest pull... can that be changed to a better buckle or something more secure? We all know our bags are NOT handled with care...Otherwise a very cool product and looks great.

What a wonderful Christmas Gift! I bought two of these wood bag tags for Christmas gifts - one for my son-in-law who begins teaching next year, and another for my boss who travels a lot. They absolutely loved them! I plan to order more for birthday gifts.

Great luggage tag I ordered these as a gift for my bridesmaids since I am having a destination wedding. I was skeptical that the wood would be cheap & flimsy. However, they came out great! The only thing I'm not in LOVE with is the leather strap. It doesn't look cheap but it's not the best quality either. I m happy with this purchase :)

Nice purchase Not too flashy but unique so black luggage can easily be identified coming down the carousel. Shipped very quickly and excellent quality.

 Only includes 1 tag not 2 as pictured Great quality but misleading. All of the other luggage tags I ordered came in a set of 2 except this one. There was only one tag. I'm not sure what happened.

It wasn't what I expected, based on the picture I thought there would be two would pieces with two straps but only one wood piece came (engraved on both sides) with one strap. The recipient of the give was really floored and loved it. It came one day before he left for South America so he put it to use immediately. Thanks!

Nice, but not consistent By Shopper (Gilbert, AZ) - June 19, 2016 I ordered four of these tags with the same monogram and address. The monogram color was dark on a couple and light on the others. Also, the block letter of the monogram is much larger than pictured, reaching from the strap hole to almost touching the spelling of the full name on the front. Had I had time to return them for an exchange, I would have, but they were a gift for a traveler about to leave. The tags themselves are sturdy and nice quality.

Great idea This is a great idea and nice looking. Wood seemed a little fragile. Husband didn't want to risk putting through baggage system at airports. Still is a nice looking piece.

Nice Product with Finishing Issues By Shopper (St Augustine, FL) - February 18, 2015 This is the 2nd time I've ordered these wooden tags and both times the first set to show up were finished very poorly around the edges of the personalized side - they were chipped and the veneer was damaged. They just looked rough. The side with the large letter on it was fine. Both times replacements were sent with minimal fuss (I emailed some photos, new tags were sent to me) and they were much better than the previous sets. But there's clearly some sort of production/finishing issue with this product that needs to be resolved. These have the potential to be a really nice product (especially as a gift for people who have everything) but the road there is a little bumpy.

Somewhat Disappointed These looked cheaper than expected - thin wood, not exactly high quality. That said, they should be perfectly functional and since they were on sale it's not a big deal.

 Not as expectedBy Shopper (Beavercreek, OH) - November 24, 2015 Order initially arrived with no leather strap for the tag, plus lettering off center. Customer service was great and sent a replacement...the new one is centered but the strap isn't durable and looks subpar. I'm not so confident it will stay in place/intact without snapping due to rough handling outside the luggage so I'm not going to give this and just find something else.

Very lightweight By Shopper (Magalia, CA) - December 28, 2012 I bought these for a gift and although they looked pretty good, I felt that they were a little flimsy and cheap feeling. I ended up buying something else and using these for nametags on the other gift.

 Sad :(I was so excited when I received these tags, I thought they looked great. However, on our very first vacation, all 5 tags broke on the very first plane ride. I was so sad and disappointed. These should be made on much sturdier wood. This thin wood might look cute, but doesn't stand a chance with any use. So sad :(

Horrible Quality The name tag broke after the first trip. The quality of the wood is not the best! I am not satisfied with this product at all.
