Perfect - Just as Shown I have ordered MANY items from Personalization Mall, especially at Christmas. I have never been disappointed. This mug is no exception. So cute I recently purchased 5 of these mugs for my son's family. They loved them and they are so cute. It's a nice sturdy mug for young ones and I liked that I could get different colors and personalize each one. Definitely a must buy if you have a hot cocoa lover in the family.
