 Good quality!By Shopper  (Keysville, VA) - October 29, 2019 This mug is very good quality, but I was surprised when my design arrived and instead of having the word I selected on the front and back, it wrapped around the mug. I still love it, but it's not exactly what I was expecting. I purchased this for a client gift, and I know he's going to dig it!

Fun gift if only one or two are needed These make unique and fun gifts but are too expensive to buy in bulk. Originally, I'd wanted them for marketing swag.

tips for custom mug design By Shopper (fairport harbor, OH) - December 28, 2018 i did 2 custom 11 oz coffee cups, the instrutions are kind of vag, i wanted my own verbage, and my pic's / objects, was way to hard to put together on the web site, especialy since it doe not give you a preview of how your design looks on the cup, (need to add feature) they don't tell you what your max size space is either, i got lucky with the 1st cup, but wish i could of seen it so i could of made adjustments, the 2nd one i used ms publisher or word, and took my jpegs, of pics and objects, then used a text box for verbage , i measurd a simular cup, handle to handle was about 6", top to bottom about 3.5", then basically lay out your design inside a 3"x 6" area / box, using the grid/ ruller lines, (note you have way more fon't options this way too) once you have it the way you want and within the size limit, use the snip it tool and save as a jpeg, upload the jpeg as a photo, and your done, i still did not know for sure if it would be centerd l to r, or top to bottom, or if it was too big or small, because they do not have a preview of your finished product before or after you purchase, the 2nd one came out perfect !, they did center top to bottom and from handle to handle. $25 and a lot of extra work, but worth it if you get what you want

BIG MUG! I didn't realize how big 30 oz was! But I liked everything else about these mugs. I enjoyed designing my own and being able to use different colors to contrast a second layer of background printing. Very pleased with the results!

Birthday gift The mug itself is exactly what I wanted in size, shape & color. I use Personalization Mall for many gifts. The reason I gave this review 4 stars is because the picture on one side of the mug is darker than what I uploaded. & I do not have time to send it back to be redone. Otherwise no complaints. Delivered in a timely fashion and the ordering process is very simple.

Excellent Customized Items By Shopper (Teaneck, NJ) - June 9, 2018 I have ordered twice from PersonalizationMall up to now and am very satisfied with the items they offer and deliver. I really like the opportunity to personally customize the merchandise and then not have to buy that customized item in bulk. I can buy one customized item and it is great.
Most recently I ordered an oversized 30oz. coffee mug which ultimately had some dents along the handle - most likely due to shipping. The box which the oversized 30oz. mug comes in does not provide the mug with great protection and support, as compared to the packaging for the 15oz. mug which has excellent mug protection. I initially received my mug broken but after a quick call with customer service I was promptly shipped a replacement for no additional fees. The imperfections were minor and my design on the mug was exactly as I had wanted it and I was very pleased.
Overall, I would recommend shopping for personalized items with PersonalizationMall.

coffee mug Nice item, however I would have liked to see a proof before printing. the proof on the page when I approved it after creating it did not scale the font on the back correctly in relation to the mug, it ended up being a bit too small for my liking.

Great By Shopper (Marietta, GA) - December 18, 2017 This mug is great. I like how the handle is bigger. It's a gift, so I haven't put it in the dishwasher/microwave to see how it holds up. I bought it because it says dishwasher safe- is a mug really worth having if you can't put it in the dishwasher? I'll update if it doesn't hold up.
The pale pink ink was a little more vibrant than I would have liked. I thought it would look a little paler (like the inside of the mug).

Near perfect! By Shopper (Rego Park, NY) - December 5, 2017 Design was flawless. However the only imperfection was that I noticed tiny "microscopic" dots around the mug. Obviously this was caused as the ceramic was being made, so no fault on PersonalizationMall. I only noticed this because I am a perfectionist. If you're not staring at the mug up close you would never notice them. Overall I am very happy with the mug and the timely delivery.

Personalized Coffee Mug Ordered 4 mugs, each with a different image, printed front and back on the white mugs. I was amazed with the turnaround time! The pricing was great (with special) and next day turnaround unbelievable. Print quality was good, although a couple of the images were slightly distorted. Possibly in the future you will provide a digital view of what the image will look like on the object. Other than that, the resolution and color of the images were great. Thank you for a great product.

Personalized mug The mug turned out exactly as I had created it online and it was pretty fun to create except I wish the creating part online would be a little bit easier to use, it was a bit confusing. Also, I think my handle is on backwards

Pretty Happy By Shopper (Dakota Dunes, SD) - March 17, 2017 The quality of the coffee mugs are great. This is the second order of cups we made. My one complaint is that when you put a design on both sides of the mug. There is no way to make sure the design is the same size or centered on the mug. I have some mugs that one side is just a little bigger than the other, and the design is just a little bit lower on the mug and not centered. It would be helpful if there was a spot you could select 50% size and center on mug that way you would have the same size and centered on both sides.

Logo quality By Shopper (Columbia, MD) - March 14, 2017 I think the mug is a great size for the office. I do wish the logo placement software was a bit better. It was difficult to tell where the placement of the logo would be and how big it would show up on the mug. I think the end product is fine, but I wish I could move the logos a bit now that I see it.

The design process was a little challenging as I wanted to replicate a design on two different colors, but had to start the second design from scratch (no copy feature). Otherwise the quality of the product is great.

nice reproduction of photos Ordered the same type mug from a competitor and I must say yours turned out much nicer. The quality of the photographic image was much better and filled the space on the mug better than the others.

Good, But Be Careful of Size By Shopper (Newtown Square, PA) - December 25, 2016 I ordered two mugs from here both the same size just two different sayings. Both mugs came within the given time frame but for one the design came very small. Probably my fault, but it is hard to tell based on how they have it set up since you don't actually get to see how it will look when printed. So, if you get a mug just be sure to fill the entire box!!

Turned out great Had a logo imprinted on white mugs as a gift. The logo turned out perfectly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the location of the logo. I would suggest calling after you place your order to double check where the logo is being placed as it was not placed as shown in picture. Still a great gift and they loved it.

Practical Cup 1st- great customer service, very helpful when I made an error. They were quick and efficient on walking me through my options.
Cup was processed and shipped quickly, no damage when arrived.
Looks good, standard mug not the best quality, may chip easily like any other mug. Wish the white was brighter but NO COMPLAINTS!

Quality mug, good photo reproduction, overnight delivery without exorbitant fee. Room to improve: the process for submitting photos. It rejected my file many times with no explanation whatsoever. I tried reducing the file size, though no max was listed; only after I cropped the image to a different aspect would it upload. Fix that or better instructions for 5 *s

Too expensive I ordered the 15 oz mug after reading reviews that the 11 oz was to small. I agree completely, the 15 oz is a much better size. I thought the $19.54 total price to be delivered was at least $4 too much. Once I received the mug I was super happy with it. It came out great and I received a free shipping coupon on my next order over $30 so I ordered four more and the price was much more reasonable. I use these mugs as a promotion for my business but I also have some great ideas to use them as personal gifts. Over all I'm very happy.
