Nice product Came on time as promised. They put the writing on a weird spot on the mug. If I saw this at a store I would not have purchased it. Looks weird.

it was ok Either I didn't use high quality pictures or the quality just wasn't that good. And usually when something tells you that it is outside of the printing area....it doesn't get printed. Unfortunately I left it because I didn't want there to be a gap and it printed outside the printing area.. looking bad.

They don't tell you.... It's hard to get the pictures just right to make sure they are in the printed area. Two of my pictures I put on the mug were not touching and so a letter from their program showed up on print. So when you are designing make sure all of their words that they have on designing board, that those actually get covered because they will show up. Other than that the mug great, pictures look great. We made this mug for my brother in law who is stationed overseas... So it's getting shipped to him

Mug By Shopper (Forked River, NJ) - July 19, 2013 I rated the mug a 3 only because I could not see the design actually around the mug before ordering, (like ornaments that you can see ahead of time). If I could have seen how the design would look on the mug, I would have made it a little shorter and a little narrower so it would have looked much, much better.

The pictures are vertically stretched By Shopper (ansonia, CT) - May 17, 2013 I don't like it very much because the pictures are stretched on the 15 oz. mug. Maybe it looks better on the 12 oz mug.

Hard to design We had to reorder this, the design tool doesn't show the actual design on the mug after you design, in the end we got a credit and ordered another item.

Be Careful What You Order I ordered a Design Your Own Photo Mug, which I've ordered from other companies before, and didn't realize until I got the mug that it's showing a left-handed mug to design. So the photo that I wanted to face the drinker (which I would consider the front), was actually on the backside of the mug. With the 2 photos I picked, the mug made no sense. They should have in bold letters that what they consider the front means it faces away from the drinker. $30.00 mug wasted. ??

Custom mugs The mug itself was nice but the picture on it was SOOO BLURRY. Awful quality .

Not very good quality control By Shopper (Westminster, CO) - December 11, 2017 I fully understand this was also my issue. This was my first time using Personalization Mall. I took off the lettering and added pictures to a mug. I'm not sure how, but I may have used a back button and the large "Add Text Here" letters are on the outside and between the pictures. It would have been nice if the person packaging the mug for shipping had noticed it as it did not show that way in the preview. The pictures were fine, but now it has to be a gag gift.

Broken Item Received mug but it was completely broken into pieces due to no protection of it. The mug was in a box that was too big and didn't have protection inside, and the outside only had paper to "protect" it. Would've been a great item if it had gotten here safely. Got an immediate refund but no apology and problem was not addressed. 2 stars only because I easily got the refund and because the mug would've been good quality

Image wasn't centered I ordered a candle and a mug. The candle is great. The mug, however, does not have a centered photo. I believe if I could have seen a picture of how the actual mug would look, as I was able to with the candle, this would not have happened.

Disappointed with photo placement I bought a candle and a mug. The candle came out great; however, the mug...not so much. The front picture is very off center. When looking at the mug from the front, only one person can be seen. I think this could have been avoided if I had the option to see how the actual mug would look, as I was able to with the candle. Sigh. I now have to debate whether to give this as the gift I intended, or find something else.

Not as Pleased as Usual By Shopper (Vernon, CT) - December 29, 2016 The 2 pictures came out wider that what it looked liked on screen. You need to simplify your Personalization Program! If you want to go back and edit at check out you have to start from the beginning!

tilly Tilly was suppose to be on it. It came out with a Big T on the left of the picture and a Big Y on the right side. It was suppose to be Tilly.

created my own coffee mug By Shopper (Buford, GA) - June 12, 2015 I was not impressed due to my mistake of misspelling. I wish they had what is know as auto correct on personalization mugs. Especially since you have it here in this box! I had to purchase another mug and the lady I spoke with was unhelpful when I tried to return the mug. She said it was already on sale. Would I purchase another one from you. Probably NOT.

Black outline around the graphic By Shopper (Houston, TX) - April 15, 2015 I was a little disappointed in the final produce. The cup is good quality but there was a black line (box) around graphic that I downloaded. I would have thought quality control would have fixed this prior to production. We're going to keep them, but we won't order any more.

Coffee Cup I have ordered before for this company with nice results, but this time I did not like the placement of the picture on the cup. It showed that it should facing you, but ended up on the end where you couldn't see it.

Nice but disappointing When I cropped the image on the website, it added a black border rectangle around the logo at the edges of where it was cropped in. Not sure why, and it doesn’t look great.

BLURRY IMAGE and poor design software Use of the design software was very difficult and clunky and there are very few design tools and no information about what you will actually get. You can't view the final product nor make edits after you submit the image, so you'll have to start anew if you click to submit. The ultimate image quality was blurry but there was no way for me to see that prior to submitting my ultimate design. This was a very disappointing outcome because this is a retirement gift and I spent $30 to coordinate this group gift and won't be able to make another one in time!

Poor image quality I am very disappointed with the outcome of this purchase. The images I selected to use came out very blurry. I uploaded a quality picture, but the product I received made it look cheap. I bought these as Christmas gifts and I won't be able to use them they look so terrible. I would not recommend this product.

not thrilled By Shopper (Whippany, NJ) - November 25, 2017 WE had ordered a mug with our dogs picture on it from another company and it was perfect. I accidentally dropped it and it broke. I couldn't find the company that I ordered it from so I tried "Personization" to create a mug with our dogs picture on it. I was very disappointed in the product. The picture was tinted an orangey yellow color... We paid more for the Personalization cup than we did with the other company and it just isn't as nice.

Poor Execution Poor Customer Service By Shopper (Los Angeles, CA) - February 3, 2017 Ordered 2 mugs with our logos on it. I wanted an all black mug but they did not have it, so I made the image with a black background. However the mugs that I got back did not have the mugs wrapped properly. To make matters worse I contacted customer service and they were absolutely unhelpful. Told me that they manufactured them properly. They made no attempt to try to resolve the issue. I will not order anything again from them again!

Picture Grainy and looks horrible I found it hard to place the picture on the cup from a computer vs giving the company the pictures to place on there themselves. One picture came out way too wide even though it showed appropriate on the computer when placing the order. Pictures were very blurry

disappointed the designing of the mug was very confusing. i thought because i writing on the front of the mug that is where the personalization would be-instead it went all the way around to the back of the mug. looks ridiculous. i am very disappointed and wish i could get a refund.

what we're they thinking By Shopper (Buckeye, AZ) - April 4, 2014 I ordered a cup to personalize with a picture. I couldn't get the picture to stay in the 'design your own' section, so I uploaded it and assumed they would know what to do. Instead of putting it on either side, it was put on the front, directly across from the handle. Who puts them there. I have never seen a cup with the design there. Very disappointed.
