VERY HAPPY WITH QUALITY AND SHIPPING TIME! This items is EXACTLY as promised--even better. Hard to believe that a company could deliver on something I created/designed myself, but you made it easy online, and getting a proof before shipping was very reassuring. Don't mean to go so overboard, but the shirt is actually better than I had expected. My husband just loves it. It was a Valentine's Day gift and I was nervous about ordering so late. Put order in late Friday p.m., only a couple of working days before Valentine's Day, and it arrived exactly on time on the day. The delivery time was spot-on. soft fabric, fast delivery, easy order placement this was just one item of the three i ordered. i chose the tshirt to review because i usually expect a tshirt to feel like sandpaper around the neck area; not so though. very pleasant to wear. the entire order process was quite smooth, easy ordering, fast delivery, and quality products. it was a refreshing and positive experience. i wouldn't hesitate to order from personalization mall again.

Additionally, the process to create the design was fairly easy, and when I did have to call for help, the PERSON answering the phone easily conveyed the information I needed.

pleased to be able to design my own look. the T shirt is awesome, sure liked the way it turned out-being able to have 3 pictures(sports) on it that I wanted. only bad thing is you don't carry 3x or bigger. would sure order more of these T's, great buy.
