Item is perfect. Shipping issue I paid alot for rush shipping so it would arrive on a certain day. Unfortunately, it was never delivered in that time and tracking only showed it shipped, no other info from FedEx for a week! I contacted Personalization Mall and they offered a replacement or a full refund, even though the issue was not on their end. The original item eventually arrived (much later than we hoped) but it is perfect! I couldn't be happier with the customer service and will 100% order again.
