Met beyond expectations I've ordered from personalization mall before and they literally never fail to impress me. I bought this pillow as a Valentines Day gift for my bf and he loved it (can't put a picture because of that) but the quality of the pictures on the pillows look so clear and nice. They texture is silky and nice and smooth. Overall just 10/10 would definitely buy again.

It's shipped completely flat and at first I thought it was just a pillow case and not the pillow. When I cut open the plastic shrink wrap I realized it was one of those wraps that suction out all the air. The pillow then inflated by itself!! Very cool! Love the photo pillow case!!

So I got this pillow for my mom & dad for Christmas & when it arrived it had 2 spots of it on the black that had rubbed off wasn’t a huge deal or too noticeable but they made it even better by noticing my first review(which I still gave them a 4 star on) they emailed that they were so sorry it was damaged & they sent me a new pillow free of charge that came in perfect condition! I’m blown away by their customer service! Thankyou for caring so much about your customers personalization mall!

Will not be disappointed 100% satisfied with pillows after ordering 3. The fabric was smooth and very comfortable. The colors were vivid and the images printed were perfectly clear.
