I liked that I could pick the colors and the wording. I especially like the fact that I can see how it was going to look before I ordered it. I actually changed the color of the wording because of that. I thought the price was a little high when I ordered it, but when I received it, totally worth it.

Cookie Jar I got this for my parents and placed a picture of their five grandsons on it. What a beautiful surprise. The look on my mother's face was of full surprise. I don't believe she knew that doing things like this was even possible. Lovely!

It is picture perfect! I was hesitant when I ordered this cookie jar because I wasn't sure how the quality of the pictures would be. When it arrived it looked just as perfect as it did in the preview! It will be my husband's Christmas gift from the kids and I know he will cherish it forever (and I will get all my containers back now too, lol)

Awesome Cookie Jar I was extremely pleased with the options for personalized cookie jars, and then even more pleased when I received it in the mail. The cookie jar was good size, the colors printed very bold, and turned out exactly as it previewed. This was purchased as a gift and I am sure that the receipiant will be thrilled.

Just as I Imagined it Would Be I would have given this a five star review however the phone in customer service was lacking. The lid did not come with the jar and while mistakes can happen, an apology for it can go quite far. There was no apology and I had to ask for expedited shipping. That should have been a given. But lid came and I love my purchase

Very Nice! This cookie jar is larger than I expected, and is very heavy. I would love to give it five stars, but I am only giving it four because there should have been an accent printed over the "E" in the name TRÉ. The accent showed when I previewed the personalization prior to placing my order. However, when I called PM to report the omission and express my disappointment, I was told that the font used on this particular item does not even OFFER accents. Then, why did it show in the preview? This should have been explained during the personalization process, but it wasn't, and no other font choices are offered for this item. I haven't given the jar to the family that I ordered it for yet, but when I do, I hope Tré won't be too upset about hisname, and that the family will still like ithe jar anyway.

Second attempt much better I received the first cookie jar and the photo was way too dark and had no lid. I called Customer Service and they sent a replacement. It arrived quickly with a lid and the picture was much better. I would give it 5 stars but in lightening the picture there is now a streak in it. Customer Service was very friendly and accomodating.

Personalization Mall were prompt to apologize and took my feedback about having more secure padding in the box. My money was refunded and they offered to send a replacement.

Cookie Jar I really love the personalized cookie jar but I wish you could have seen that I spelt "Nonna" wrong. It was my error but sometimes a little help is needed. Other than that, thank you.

The person loved the quality of the picture as well as the jar. The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was the "do it yourself" gift maker. It turned out looking okay but the materials were not of the same high quality as the jar and not worth the extra $4.75. But overall, I would definitely buy this cookie jar!

Came broken By Shopper (Chesterfield, MO) - December 6, 2016 My order arrived on time as specified. Only one problem, it came shattered. In the box with both of my shipments the first gift ( a stainless steel golf divet) was wrapped twice with bubble wrap while this (made out of fragile ceramics) came in another box. Why they put no padding or protection on the more fragile item baffles me and makes me want to not place another order with the conpany. I still give three stars because the image quality was high and the materials (while fragile) were qualit
