 Personlization is still not centered!I have had to get the same ornament redone 3 times. This one I got Saturday is STILL NOT CENTERED!!! It is the closest to center that I have gotten from Personalization Mall yet. Same thing happened last year with a plaque I got for my boss. Guess I am through with this company. Good luck to everyone else.

Nice It's pretty and engraving is a bit on the light side but it's nice. Serves as a memory to my late father in law. When out on the tree, the lights really make it pop.

Special Gifts! I purchased these ornaments as gifts for my friends who lost their loved ones. I wanted to find a way to include them in the holidays. It worked...they loved remembering their loved one in such a special way. After the holidays, a few of my friends hung the ornament on their rear view mirror.

Memorial ornament I give this only 3 stars for the following reasons:
1. The glass piece is very thin.
2. The lettering and embellishments are not engraved like I imagined, but instead are like sticky letters with glitter on top. I can easily rub the glitter and writing off.
3. The overall process was very easy. Personalizing the piece was very nice, easy, user friendly. The timing was average and the packaging kept it safe.
I would consider ordering something else in the future.

Beautiful but Engraving is not deep The item is gorgeous! But the engraving in it is not very deep so it's a little harder to read unlike another one I ordered there. So I was disappointed in that but I still love it

 Off centerCarving is pretty off center. I would have them remake it, but this my 2nd attempt at this ornament already. The first one had some random letters carved in the background. That being said, I shop with personalizationmall.com quite frequently & am typically really pleased with their products.
