Pics turned out dark Love the mug itself, arrived promptly in great little boxes. Unfortunately the pictures turned out darker than the real images and darker than it was online. The people I gave them to loved them!

Picture Perfect Mug The picture quality was fantastic, color was vibrant and delivery was quick. Only complaints would be that with multiple pictures, it's hard to crop them and get them to look exactly right, and then the color band doesn't go all the way around and stops by the handle, which looks a little bit funny. Otherwise, it was a GREAT gift and price was perfect. Thank you!

Great gift idea This mug turned out well. I had a VERY difficult time getting a third picture to upload that I could use though. It either simply wouldn't upload, or it would and be too small to use. Over all, I'm pretty happy with it and I think my daughter will be too.

Would purchase again Good product, you just have to be careful to choose photos that aren't too dark because they're hard to see on the product.

The description said the mug would be black not just the part the pictures were on. Part of the black bled onto the top of the mug which makes it look like this was done at home. I allow thought the handle would be black.

Looks It would have been perfect but when it came, it was in a million pieces. But, other than that, it was very good and looks great!

Quality is low - had to return I order mugs every year for christmas from all sorts of online vendors. This year I chose to order here since they have always done a great job with other personalized items. Unfortunately I had to return them due to low quality - everything, including the text looked pixelated and "muddy". Looked as if the colors were not registered correctly. I did upload high res photos so I knew something was wrong when I received the order. I returned these hassle free and had great customer service on it. I would continue ordering other items from here, just not the mugs.

Cup is good. Images are awful I order new coffee mugs a couple times a year for my parents of all the grandkids. The image quality has dramatically dropped. The images I'm sending in are professional grade so I'm not sure why they are so smeared and pixilated.

Personalized coffee mug The mug itself is nice. However, some of the pictures are a little grainy. Some of my pictures I put on my mug look like very low quality pictures now. Also the text that was added on my mug (that was REQUIRED by the company for me to order the mug) came out looking a little grainy as well. It's strange that the text would be grainy or have an odd appearance, being that it's required and you can't just leave that field blank.

Coffee cups I ordered several coffee cups. The tool to add pictures and the result was great. The quality of the coffee cup itself was not great.

Mug nice, picture grainy By Shopper (Endicott, NY) - December 27, 2017 The mug is nice but the picture itself is rather grainy (and it's not the quality of the photo, I had the same pictures printed as well and they were very clear and detailed).
I liked that I could change the order of the pictures though the order process was a bit complex as every time I wanted to make a small change to one photo, I had to go through all the steps for all 6 photos.
All in all, it's OK but not great. I would probably order from a different vendor next time.

Text smeary at top of mug Received my mug in great condition and looks very nice but the text on the upper portion is smeared. This is an identical problem to a previous mug I ordered so I am thinking someone there needs to look at the manufacturing process. I am going to contact customer service to see about getting a replacement as I don't want to gift this one.

The pictures looked pretty good but the alignment was off and the design was set too high. The wording on the top row was cut in half. I contacted the company. I had to send a picture and an email. They responded the next day and fulfilled my request to resend a new one at no extra cost. I appreciate the speedy response and the correction. I have ordered several of these and there is never a crisp line across the top, the color always fades and is a little messy. If that will bother you I wouldn't order it. All in all, I am satisfied with the replacement product.

Dark pictures Cup is good quality but pictures turned out very dark, hard to see faces. I would suggest editing pictures first to lighter than normal. A little disappointed as it was a gift but it's the thought that counts :)

Centering the lettering I was unhappy about the top and bottom not being centered on the cup. 2015 was way left on the top and Nicholas Family was way right on the bottom.

The job was done. I ordered two photo mugs, both with the same photos, each with different text. I received my order only to find both mugs broken in many pieces. To note is that shipping box and gift box were undamaged. Mugs were surrounded with plenty of shipping materials. So...it begs the question as to when the mugs were damaged. Regardless, two new mugs were sent quickly enough, free of charge. One was perfect, the image and text on the other was a little crooked. Both mugs were gifts.
