This Mug is beautiful! I ordered this mug for a friend and is beautiful and such good quality for the price.
I do have to mentioned that my order had to be replaced as the delivery driver was not careful and when I opened the package, the mug was broke. This was upsetting as I was going to give it to my friend for his birthday dinner which is this Friday. I called the customer service line of *Personalization Mall* and I spoke with Samirak, she was extremely helpful and efficient. She immediately replaced my order and I was able to get another mug delivered today! It came in perfect condition. She provided an email so I could send the pictures of the broken mug as well as a video of how the delivery driver delivered the package as I do own cameras in front of my house.
I love to order from here, the customer service is great and I can not recommend enough.

Loved so much had to order twice! We got this mug for the kids' grandma a few years ago, but unfortunately it accidentally broke. Grandma was so sad, we had to get her another one. It arrived quickly and Grandma is happy again!
