Lovely gift We purchased a personalized 15 oz photo mug and it was lovely. It looked very professional. I have to give a shout out to the awesome customer service. Our first mug came in cracked. It was after business hours so I sent an email which was answered within the hour. A new mug was expedited and received prior to Christmas. Very pleased all around.

Beautiful I've ordered about 5 products from Personalization Mail just in this past month, and every one of them have been fantastic, and are surprisingly good quality. They arrive in the time they're projected to be here, and packed very well. I messed up an order and they were not only to easy to get a hold of an actual human, they did all they could to help correct my error.
They are a truly a great company with awesome customer care. I sure wish some other companies would model after them!

Having coffee with family members who have past!!! My experience with Personalization Mall.com started after my mother died last October + I created a mug for my brothers + sister to memorialize favorite pictures we had of Mom+Dad. I decided to create a mug for my uncle who is still grieving his beloved wife after 5 years. Since he drinks tea every morning + loved a certain picture of his wife. I put together a memorial mug for him + created pictures of his sons, Rick + John who also have passed. John passing last December and Rick passing in 1996. All the mugs, mine + Uncle Jack's turned out beautiful + are a lasting legacy to our families who have gone to be with their Lord and we will all meet again in the Garden of Paradise

Special memories My older daughter had her last child and I wanted to make the occasion special. She loved it so much she cried. When one of the little ones accidentally dropped and broke it, was super easy to re-order the same exact mug. It was like nothing ever happened to the first one!
