Great Bottle But... By Shopper (Tampa, FL) - June 3, 2013 The pictures are very clear on a great aluminum water bottle. Also, the lids provide a tight seal. However the ring and clip are very cheap. I removed and replaced them immediately.

 water bottle in wrong colorI ordered my water bottle in blue when it came it was white. The label on the bottle says blue but it is not it is white. I probably won`t be ordering anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTED

color of bottle when they asked me what color I wanted and I said blue, I expected the bottle to be blue outside of the picture, NOT WHITE, not too happy with that

Disappointed Water bottle feels paper thin, more like plastic than stainless. Probably ok for a child’s use. The personalization and turn around time were excellent though.

Fine Poor sipping quality through the straw. Not much suction or proper fit so air bubbles get trapped. Cute product though.

It’s ok a bit odd It’s a pretty waterbottle and the straw works nice but the temperature is weird. I know it’s not labeled as insulated but it will be really cold on the outside and hot on the inside. I’ll have to figure out what’s going on.

Cute but small By Shopper (Voorhees Township, NJ) - January 2, 2020 I got this for my mom for Christmas. She loved it. Although the price was excellent and the size of the bottle was good, I thought it was just okay. I wish the pictures were bigger or could be around the bottle.

Personalized water bottle It was not as big as I expected. It is also extremely light weight. The pictures look good though.

Well done, but a little disappointed I ordered a water bottle with 2 photos. The photos look good however, I am disappointed that the pictures are side-by-side instead of on opposite sides of the bottle.

Generally Pleased By Shopper (Penn Laird, VA) - September 5, 2017 I was pleased with the product but not necessarily the photo. I was a little disappointed with the photo as it appeared faded although the photo I submitted was of good quality, I chose a white bottle thinking that would allow the photo to be the best it could be. In the end, the personalized gift was great and I would purchase again.

Love container,but... By Shopper (Guernsey, WY) - August 23, 2016 Beautiful water holder but unfortunately the straw doesn't work like it should,it slurps and you get a few drops. I love it so I just unscrew the lid and drink from it.

Upside down I ordered this as a Christmas gift with a picture and a little sentence and when I got it 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS the personalization was upside down on the bottle! So I emailed the customer service and they sent me a new bottle with express shipping free of charge before Christmas. The bottle is great condition and the picture isn't grainy or pixeled at all. If I had gotten what I wanted in the first place, this would've been a 5 star review.

Ok Not impressed with the water bottle itself. Do like the sippy straw although it is not covered. Make sure your pictures are of good quality as they're not little on this!

Disappointed with lack of practicality By Shopper (Fort Worth, TX) - June 24, 2014 This water bottle is beautiful as a paperweight or display item. However, upon receiving the water bottle, I opened it and read the disclaimer sheet included inside. You basically can use it ONLY for water, and it's too delicate really to even use. I don't have the paper anymore to quote exactly, but it said something to the effect of "no carbonation, no juice, no milk, no coffee, no alcohol, and nothing too hot" and something like, "if this water bottle ever shows the slightest wear or crack, throw away immediately." Now, I bought this for my husband who would have used it on his bike rides. However, as a result of not wanting to chance having to throw away these awesome pictures of our family, he won't use it and it sits in our kitchen. I wish I had ordered him a desktop pen holder instead.

 IS NOT INSULATED!! I received this water bottle and it is very nice and the pictures on it are nice quality, however it is not insulated at all. It sweats on the outside and my ice was gone in less than an hour. I won't use it because of this purpose

water bottle By Shopper (Chittenango, NY) - June 30, 2018 The product looked beautiful. Cute colors and crystal clear pictures. Fast delivery. Good service. But I was disappointed in the fact that though it is a metal water bottle, it is not insulated. I then tried to freeze some water in the bottom to keep it cold all day and it warped the bottom of the water bottle so it does not sit flat anymore. The search for a great water bottle continues.

Photos were perfect, bottle not great. While it is very pretty, the bottle does not keep beverage cold and sweats badly.

 Water bottleSo bummed that you can't even sip out of the straw!! Got this for my husband for Father's Day and it doesn't even work!!!
