 pictures too darkI was a little disappointed in this. My pictures printed on the tote where darker than the sample shown at ordering time. I did choose black cuz I thought it was just the border. When I chose the light blue, the picture didn't seem to change. However, if I did it again, I would not choose the black as it gave an overall dark cast on the whole picture. If I felt like going through the effort, I would return it and do it over. Even in the picture they are choosing to show you, it's lighter than I actually received.

nice idea...needs work By Shopper  (Garden City, NY) - December 23, 2016 this is a nice idea but the photo's color was way off. Maybe because it's printed on a beige bag, but my picture of our white dog when put on the bag makes him look brown, unlike the example shown. Kind of disappointing!

What I asked for, but...... By Shopper (Landover, MD) - May 15, 2014 My grandmother thoroughly enjoyed her new tote with her granddaughters faces on it. However, my one complaint is the lighting of the picture on the tote. The picture came out too dark and didn't look anything like the preview I reviewed prior to purchasing the item.

Nice tote bag By Shopper (riverside, CA) - May 12, 2012 I bought this tote bag as a gift for my mom. I liked the sturdy feel of the bag, it's good quality and is hefty enough to hold a good amount of things. My only negative was that the picture of my son was too dark when in reality it looked lighter. I guess because the bag was dark if affected the picture.

Not bad Overall it's a nice bag- the only issue that I had is that they should have used a solid color beige for the bag- they used one that had flecks of other colors in it and it ruined the picture on the front because there were all these odd colors sprinkled through

Loved it but would like it more if.... I really liked this bag but really did not like the grainy texture of the canvas especially as it ran through the picture. I would not have bought it if I knew it would be like that.

Cute idea but didn't come out as good as I hoped By Shopper (Redwood City, CA) - January 18, 2011 I purchased this as a gift for my mother in law for her birthday from my son. The bag was larger than I anticipated, probably my own fault for not looking at the dimensions close enough. The picture came out a bit grainer than I would have hoped for but it was a very cute idea and she loved the bag.

Great Bag I ordered one for my Sister and Mother In Law for Mother's Day. They came out wonderful. The pictures are perfect, the bag is a great size. I'm also very pleased with all the prices and fast shipping. I will probably be doing all my gift shopping from this site, its perfect! Thanks!

No dark photos Make sure your photo is light and doesn't have a lot of detail. One of my pictures was a group photo and it didn't show up well. The photo didn't stick well to the weave of the bag so there were dots of the cream colored bag poking through all over my photo.

 DisappointedI ordered this item for my daughter. The picture on the tote is of her dog. The bag itself is cheap looking and the picture was very dark. You can hardly see the dog. It doesn’t look anything like the prototype that was sent to me. It’s sad that I can’t return the bag. I will not order from this company again.

Bag Review By Shopper (Mesquite , TX) - August 17, 2016 I have ordered five bags and have previously been happy with purchase and customer service. However, this one photo bag did not hit that high standard. The bag photo is darker than original photo. I did let customer service know that I was not pleased, but was notified that nothing could be done to correct it. The bag photo is not as sunshine bright as the preview photo bag, duller quality. I will probably wait some time before placing any new orders as I was quite disappointed.

Not what the preview looked like By Shopper (Hollywood, FL) - June 4, 2016 The moral of the story is not to trust the picture on the preview before you submit your order. Our preview was beautiful and was exactly the way I wanted it. My final product was dark and did not look the same as the picture. I contacted customer support and they contacted production and production said sorry, if we printed a new one it would look the same. However, they didn't offer any sort of remedy. I contacted customer service again and asked for a refund. Nobody ever responded.

Picture was too dark The bag arrived and I was very disappointed in the coloring on the picture. I contacted personalization mall and they were not willing to remake the bag. They said it appeared as it was ordered. The picture was much darker on the actual bag than in my preview of personalization. I will not order another one of these bags.
