Wonderful Gift I ordered these as gifts for my siblings. The canvas is a good quality and the straps are sewn on well. The imaging looks great and I am very impressed with the bags. I would say the image is a bit darker on the canvas than in the photos, so keep that in mind.

My dogs mean the world to me, and I have purchased many personalized items from this website for them (as well as birthday and anniversary gifts for friends and family) and have never been disappointed. It was my intent to find something I could personalize with her cat, and this did the trick. The bag is a very roomy size, but the picture turned out too dark and I was disappointed for the first time ever, so I called and spoke to a customer service rep. about it, and they offered to redo the bag - either trying to lighten the picture or they told me I could send them another picture to use. I opted to try a different picture, since the original came out so dark you couldn't see the kitty. The new bag is purrfect! Kitty looks great! Quality of bag is great. This company is great. To the rep who helped me, thank you! thank you! thank you! I highly recommend this company to everyone. Excellent quality products + excellent customer service = happy and returning customers!

very happy I was very happy with my tote. I had ordered the two picture one as well. The pictures were a little darker on the two pictures cuz my pictures were a little shadowed and the printing was a little darker than I expected but This one was awesome. The picture I submitted was lighter and I think that makes a big difference. I would always submit a lighter picture from now on, as they seem to turn out just a little darker. But, I was thrilled with this one.

Awesome bags I don't usually post reviews, however, felt I needed to on these bags. I bought three bags: one each for my mother and my two daughters for Mothers Day. First, I ordered then the Monday evening before Mothers Day and they arrived Thursday before Mothers Day- the turn around on the order amazed me. We get the product and open the box and they are everything you hoped they would be. They were the cutest little bags and much bigger than anticipated. Would definetly purchase additional items.
