Exceeded my expectations Honestly, I was a little thrown off by all the bad reviews from this company, but I'm so glad that I decided to buy from them anyway. Beautiful I was a little concerned that my 7 year old daughter may accidentally break this since it is all mirrored. But the construction seems to be pretty heavy. The personalization is perfect. I am very pleased with my purchase and will order from this company again!

Love the concept of the mirrored storage box, but except for the next to the last line, which is kind of all squeezed together, it looks lovely. Maybe their were too many words put together I don't know. I wish there was a way of redoing this gift without additional charge. Thank you.

Beautiful I purchased this box for our granddaughter's confirmation. It is beautiful and well-made. I just wish the customizable print was larger. It's rather hard to read, very small. But, I'm sure she'll treasure it forever. I would recommend this.

Looking at the final product I can barely read the printed engraving and had a feeling this would happen. I do remember looking for a change in font size when ordering but couldn't find one.

Great customer service. By Shopper (WYOMING, PA) - April 12, 2016 I had to return the storage box because of a defect on the surface of the box itself. I returned the item as instructed by customer service and had the return postage credited. I received a replacement box very promptly. The new box was in excellent condition. The 4 star rating is because ,as others have noted, it is difficult to read the wording at certain angles.
