 Heart Pocket TokenBy Shopper  (North Royalton, OH) - October 25, 2016 I was a little disappointed in the clarity of the token. The quality of the token itself met my expectations but not the engraving. It's extremely hard to see. First time I have been disappointed with something I have purchased from Personalizationmall.com. The lettering in the example picture is much more prominent then the picture that contains my custom lettering and the actual engraving on the token I received is even less prominent.

Lovely but engraving does not last if handled regularly By Shopper (DOWNERS GROVE, IL) - May 25, 2016 I ordered this for my sweetheart last August. He *loved* it and carried it in his pocket for a while, but was afraid he would lose it, so he put it on his keychain (looped through the heart). By Christmas, all of the words had rubbed off. It's probably fine if you're keeping it in a wallet or somewhere that it's not going to get touched/rubbed a lot, but I was really disappointed when I did the math and realized it lasted for only about 4 months (if that long, because by the time he showed it to me, it was completely blank).

Hard to see print I had this engraved and its very hard to make out what it says-- the engraving definitely isn't as deep or quality as it shows in the picture. :(

Product Quality Good Morning,
I was dissappointed in the lightness of the engraving. Very difficult to see unless you hold it at an angle. I would not purchase this product again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Valentines is a special day and I wanted something unique. Thank you. Ana L.

Engraving difficult to read Disappointed...Coin is of quality but the engraving is so light you can hardly read it. This is a gift & I am unsure if they will even know it is engraved...I know it is but must twist it all over to see what it says. I was attempting to make a bold statement with this gift....I think it missed the mark unfortunately. Pics show easily readable ...not so much.

Pocket love token By Shopper (Houston, TX) - September 20, 2014 This item is not what it said it was going to be - the writing was to small and you couldn't barely read it - I sentry concerns to the company & all the rep said was send us a picture & it will be reviewed well several days later I got a reply that said the team has come to the conclusion that my token was the right size. I sent another email stating that no it wasn't the right size and you have to use a magnify glass to read it & it has been over 8 days now and still no response -

Disappointed I have gotten many many things from this website which I love, and this is the first time I was disappointed. The writing is so small and etched poorly. Out of all my purchases from this site, this is the only one I wouldn't make again.

Looks better on site I ordered two of these tokens. They are not as pretty as they are on the site. Specifically, they are very dull looking.

When asked if they can remake and overnight they said they absolutely can not do that. I said so even though it was 100% wrong and it was 100% your error. They said sorry can’t do that. There was no way it would have gotten to me on time. I was very disappointed!

Engraving Don’t buy this if you actually want to read what you engraved. Horrible job!!! I tried to return but was told I couldn’t. Their customer service is below average!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

No good You can't see what it says whatsoever, it's very, very faint engraving and extremely small.

Disappointed In the picture, it is very easy to read, but in reality it must be held at a specific angle to read...the print is so small you need bi-focals. Not true to size in the picture...smaller and illegible.

Waste of money I gave this to my husband for Valentines Day. Two days later the engraving started coming off. Don't waste your money

Font was barely readable and token was extremely small for the amount of money.

Disappointed in engraving Light engraving can barly read what it says. Not like the picture shown. Bought as Valentine's day gift. Very disappointed.

Disappointed Disappointed with quality of item as well as the quality of the engraving. Item is very lightweight. Being named a "token", I was expecting the weighty feel of a US quarter at the very least. It feels like a plastic toy coin instead. And the engraving is so light, you can barely read it. In fact it is so light it looks as if one of the letters is missing. First item I've purchased from them that I don't want to keep.
Definitely disappointed since this was a gift for my son.

Lettering is too small to read. By Shopper (Gardner, IL) - May 6, 2015 I didn't go over the allowed amount of lettering and when I received the token I couldn't read any of it because it lettering was too small. In the picture it was clear, when I got it, it wasn't.

Love this My husband used to carry a bracelet with my name on it and it just got too bulky for him, this will work wonderful.

Not happy I ordered this to give to my husband who is in the army and I am not happy with it. The inscription is so small you can barely read it. It does not look any thing like the picture as far as the personalization.
