 Perfect!My fiancee and I purchased this frame for my grandmother as a thank you gift for our wedding. We were able to do a custom saying that another personalized store wanted 75 dollars (just for the personalization) and the personalization is included in the price which was perfect. We saved money and got a gift that was exactly the same. The frame is beautiful and it is the perfect gift for grandma.

Amazing Wonderful gift for my girlfriend! It is elegant and graceful. I got exactly what I ordered. My one caution (which is the only possible thing to go wrong): make certain everything you wanted is exactly as you wanted it. I wrote my poem on paper first and in the transcription I made a mistake and when I realized it, the item had already been sent to the factory. The only possible disappointment in this product is the result of user error >.< (Tip for finding those mistakes: save the item for a day or two before completing the order and re-read it a few times in those days.)

It's a bit challenging to write the poem within the restrictions (mostly the limit on number of characters per line), but worth the effort!

This is a wonderful gift. I sent this frame to my cousin for her wedding gift. I personalized it with the poem she wrote and recited to her husband during the ceremony. Perfect Birthday Gift! I had no idea what to get my mother for her birthday because she has almost everything. So I did a Google search for mother birthday gifts and personalizationmall.com was the first link that came up. I clicked and the personlized glass frame was the first picture I saw. I'm not usually one to buy something on impulse so I explored more options but nothing compared to the glass frame. I loved the idea of writing my own poem but couldn't decide what to say so I was able to browse some of the poem options to get and idea. They were all so beautiful. Dear Mom Poem frame I bought the Dear Dad Poem frame about a month ago, I wasn't sure how it would look as I had not ordered an engraved frame from here before. When I received it I was impressed! Amazing from start to finish This product was more than I expected and my mother loved it. THE PERFECT GIFT!!! My mother was so thrilled to recieve this. She thought I paid 100usd for it. To her this was one of the best "mothers day" gift she has ever received. She has been bothering me on how much I paid for it and I will not reveal my secrets to her. To dress up the wonderful plague I bought a huge jewerly box and inside, created a garden (afterall I used things from the poem inside the box) and things matched perfectly. I wish I could right more, but I will be back for future gifts, this was really unique and brought a smile to my mothers face that will last forever.

Great Gift I brought this as a graduation gift for my daughter who is graduating from high school. I did not expect it to be so big. It is great the whole frame is a great size and the writing was perfect. I wrote my own poem and realized that I had misspelled a word and I called to correct it and they did no problem. As you can see I am very happy with my frame.
