 One of the best Mother's Day gifts everMy daughter wanted to give her mother something special on Mother's Day since she, my daughter, will be leaving for college out of state in the Fall. In knowing that this Mother's Day would be the last one while at home, my daughter came to me asking where she might find that "special" gift, for this special day. In her gift search, my daughter found the Personalized Glass Frame that she could write her on words to her mom on and include a picture of herself and her mom together. On Mother's Day, my daughter was happy, her mother was brought to tears by the Frame and sentiments it expressed and I was proud of what my daughter had picked as a gift and the personal message my daughter had engraved on the frame. Beautiful frame & wonderful service! I ordered this picture frame as a Mother's Day gift for my mom from her new grandson. This was the only frame I found that would fit the poem that I wanted engraved on it & what made it even better was that the engraving was free. I received the frame in about 3 days & it's even more beautiful in person, I'm positive she will love it!

Best gift This item arrived in great condition just as pictured on the website. I would recommend using a shorter text for it to appear more legible -although mine read just fine even from a certain distance. There should be an option to use larger fonts with a short text since there is actually a good amount of text space on the glass frame.
In any case it made a great mother's gift and turned out just as I had visualized it without surprises.

Great Product, Better Customer Service I got this frame for my Mom for a wedding gift. I received it within a few days of ordering and it looked perfect. However I made a mistake in the signature and needed to re-order the same exact item, this time with a different signature. I emailed customer service just out of curiosity to see if they could help out. Well, I received a reply within an hour and they provided a 30% discount on my re-order even though the mistake was on my end.
I received my new order within a few days and this time it is exactly right. Very quick response on my order and my customer service questions.
I highly recommend the product and am very satisfied with the customer service.
