 Great concept but..By Shopper  (Wakefield, RI) - December 16, 2016 The website is superb. It is easy to design the piece, easy to upload photo. Service was exceptionally fast; we received the item in just days; amazing considering it is holiday season. The item however, is disappointing. It is very difficult to read the text on the glass. You would need to set-up just the correct angle of lighting to make the text readable; maybe we will try putting a colored backing on it; not sure right now.

The problem is that the lettering on the clear surface is so faint, we couldn't read it. I had to put a dark color paper behind to read the poem.

Dear Mother You have to strain your eyes to read it! The ink should have been darker or write in black! I'm not pleased at all!

Beautiful but hard to read By Shopper (Walterboro, SC) - March 2, 2013 The product arrived quickly & the script was nice but small and a bit hard to read. I wish it were a free standing frame because the plastic holders take away from the beauty. Great idea - just a few suggestions to improve.

I loved the idea and the elegance of the glass, but the words were so light I could hardly read them. I have to put something dark behind it so We can actually see what it says. Maybe it would be better if you kept it really short. I can't say for sure. Mine was to light.

Mixed Emotions I love the choices of poems, the idea is wonderful...Shame you are unable to read a single word that is etched. Because of this, the power behind this gift is lost.

Looks good, hard to read By Shopper (Moscow, ID) - January 8, 2012 My frame looks nice, and very professional. There is just one problem.
It is hard to read. Not only for my mother who is starting to loose her eye sight, but also for my own 20/20 vision. We have tried putting it on a surface that has a solid, dark, color, but it just isn't as easy to read as the picture online.

Not as the image shown this is good but the glass is not thick as it is shown in the image. It is less amazing though.
But overally I don't regret getting that.

Etched glass products need overhaul I absolutely love this website yet as all things in life, wouldn't expect everything to be as I would like it. These etched products are different, yet it is very difficult to read unless you hold a dark background behind it. I would love it if someone would come up with a way for these to already have a dark background as part of the product...
The font was definately too small. All said though, my recipient enjoyed it!

writing very small The verse I chose was almost the full amount of characters allowed. It does not appear centered on the frame correctly. The frame itself looks huge & the actual wording very small in comparison. Perhaps if the letters themselves were larger it would be better. The picture on the website is deceiving. That being said the quality is good. There are very few companies that allow a person to submit as many characters of their own wording in a personalized item. For that I am very grateful

Wonderful Gift I bought this gift for my mother as a thank you for helping me with my wedding. I think that it is a gorgeous piece of work but my only concern is that the engraving could be a little bit darker. You really have to hold it close to read what it says.

 Lack of substance This was supposed to be a wedding gift for both parents: the words on this you can't even see and they're way too small. Nice idea but poorly executed. Not worth the money

It was OK By Shopper (Elkton, FL) - November 28, 2016 I ordered two of these frames as gifts and included the photos as well. The product came promptly I'll give them that, but the engraving quality into the glass leaves something to be desired. Not sure if the etching tool is not designed to cut through this thickness or if it was uneven in set up. These are a gift but I'm even thinking twice about giving these now...

Not very pleased By Shopper (Ypsilanti, MI) - July 9, 2013 I have made several purchase with Personalization mall and I honestly have to say this is the worse item I've ever received. I was displeased with the printing of my product, many of the letter seem to fade out once they get toward the bottom of the lettering. I must say that my previous purchases were great!

Beautiful concept - very small font & difficult to read on glass I love this idea! I ordered it after viewing it ONLINE. However, upon receipt of the item I was disappointed. The font is far smaller than appears to be (when you read the proof). It is also very difficult to read. My mother is 80 and I can't imagine her being able to read the script on the glass.
I am pleased that Personalzationmall.com was willing to work with me, despite this having been a personalized item. For that I am pleased and look forward to another purchase via Personalizationmall.com for a Mother of the Bride gift.

 Warning about PreviewI wish someone in the production or packaging room could have saw this product and NOT create it. The preview looked different on my computer screen and unfortunately there was no refund or no warning beforehand. I know have a frame, created for my Godmother for my wedding day...and I cannot use it.

first item i didnt like on here just not the quality i always get from P-mall... and i am always coming to this site first for special gifts and occasions. the writing was hardly readable.

Disappointed x2 By Shopper (Clinton, MA) - February 8, 2013 I ordered 1 of these for each of my parents. Now I can see why they put a dark background behind the frame in the preview photo... you can barely see it!! I wish I could get my money back for these and get something else for my parents, I'm slightly embarrassed to have to give these to them. It's quite difficult to read.
