Excellent Jobb We had a ‘just because we love you” celebration for our elderly relatives. There were 6. I needed something elegant to give each of them that was reasonably priced. Chipped twice Even though the item is beautiful and heavy duty (a great gift) it was received in extremely poor packaging (a bubble mailer for thick glass that has pointy edges). Twice I received this product with chipped corners. Personilaztion mall at no charge sent me the second one, again in a bubble mailer, event though I told them it needed better packaging and again the item received was chipped. Very disappointed that they do not take better care. Will not order again.

Personalized keepsake poem The product came on time as expected. It was so cute: the shape and the wavy design on the edge. I had to write my own poem to fit the occasion. It was my brother's birthday and he really liked it. As soon as he got it, he put it on the dresser in his room.
The part I didn't like was the size. It came smaller than I expected.

Nicely done I liked this plaque as it was nicely made and was heavy enough to not appear cheap. Although it was inexpensive which is a great perk for gift giving during holidays.
