Nice Very nice tumbler. Easy to use and nice. Came smudged, though, and the rhinestones are kind of lackluster. Still pretty and functional, though.

SHE LOVED IT ! By Shopper (Lehi, UT) - February 11, 2017 Purchased as a gift for my niece. It arrived quickly. I chose the gift package and card option. She said it was beautifully made and the presentation was nicely done (she runs a boutique- so that is high praise coming from her.) HOWEVER...the lid would not stay on and she got drenched the first time she tried to use it.
I called customer service and spoke with Margie who said they would send a new lid out right away. She apologized for the issue. I am sure with the variety of mugs with lids they offer perhaps the wrong lid was sent for the specific mug I ordered. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Being able to personalize an item is a fantastic option!

Because when my husband saw the cup he was like that's all, it was expecting a little bit more. I'm a longtime customer, I love personalization mall.

Great water bottle Love the look & fits my golf cart holder & really convenient drinking spout - unfortunately it doesn't hold enough water for walking 18 holes! Just have to remember to refill it after nine.

Good The overall product was good, but honestly I was disappointed when I received the product as the personalized name was not clear enough to read unless you put it under the light. I wish the personalization was clear.

Nice product, good service By Shopper (Antioch, CA) - December 19, 2015 This tumbler is not quite as bright and shiny as the picture and the name does not show up as well, but it is a nice gift and I think the recipient will like it. My order arrived with a lot of scratches, but I contacted the company and they sent me out a new one right away. Service was very good. They did not require me to return the old one, so I am just using it for myself! It works well and I like it.

Great gift! This was purchased as a gift, and I've a few of them as gifts before. They are always a hit as just a neat little thing that no one would get for themselves. The only drawback is not being dishwasher safe.

She loved it! Very pretty product! My friend loves her new Tumbler. It fits her "diva" personality perfectly. My only suggestion is that since this is an all aluminum tumbler it should have a rubber or plastic strip around it for when it has hot beverages in it so she can hold it in her fragile hands. Other than that, perfect!

Nice I bought this for a friend and she loved it! Hopefully it lasts a while,only thing I would change are the letters. Since its so fancy script letter would have been nicer.

IT Looks Good I received this cup and plan on giving it to a friend on Mother's Day. It look good but next time I will probably choose the one without the scroll under the name because I thought it was a little too close to the name. I still think it looks nice.

Smudged I usually love my personalized products from PM, but unfortunately the letters on this were light and smudged. A bit disappointed with the travel tunbler

Personal mug The first mug sent to me was not worth the $32 I spent- gems were crooked, there was a sticky residue on the mouthpiece and also a black coating near the top. I emailed and was told "that's how they are made." I replied that what I received was unacceptable. I didn't get a reply. But later I called and spoke with a helpful representative who said she would ship a new one. The second mug I received was what i was expecting. Pretty mug - I just wish they got it right the first time.

love the bling! engraving, not so much. Stainless arrived smudged.... not polished. I do love the bling around the rim... assuming this makes it hand wash only. The engraving is very light... not done very deep... which makes me believe this will not last long as a "personalized" item.

Packaging not good By Shopper (Northville, MI) - January 28, 2017 I purchased this as a gift, I've ordered many items over the years and have always been happy with my purchase. This came in an envelope and bubble wrap. It was soaked when I got it, the outside of bottle wasn't shined & pretty, it was smudged and looked dingy. (Not something I'm proud of to give as a gift.) I have to shine it up somehow to make it look better.......because of my other purchases in the past, I won't complain too much. Packaging really should be a box for this item! Thanks

It's ok I have ordered quite a few things over the years from this company and this is honestly the first time I was disappointed. The lettering is too light hard to read the name and it looks cheap to me. I bought it as a going away present but not sure I want to give it anymore. Not up the the usual high standard of this company. Feeling sad.

Cute Mug Cup is nice. The rhinestones are a little disorganized and the mug(ounces wise) is small.

Tumbler I purchased 6 of these and 2 of the 6 had the stones either a couple missing or they had moved so they did not look as neat as the others.
I ordered too late to replace, so just bought a different gift one for one person and tried to fix the other.
Other than that they were a great gift. Will order earlier next time in case there is a problem

Coloring The letters on the cup should be in a dark color and not blending with the color of the cup. The letters would stand out and make the cup's appearance look better.

Although the tumbler is kind of pretty, the way the name is put on makes it look very cheap...Would have been much nicer if the name had been engraved....Of course, have to gift it now......

 Was it used??While it was nice and all there were scratches and everything all over it and it looked like it was used. And it didn't even come with the lid. And I had to wait forever to get it. Still don't know if I'm actually going to get the lid which renders the cup pretty much useless.

My product arrived damaged as well and I am still waiting for a new one. Customer service however works really fast and is very helpful.. and was the high light of my experience with personalization mall.
