I ordered two of these tumblers as gifts, but was disappointed when I saw them in person. The problem is that the band of bling around the top does not go all the way around to the back. It's missing a single row of rhinestones, and the space where the rhinestones should be is sticky as if they've fallen off. When I called customer service, they said that's how they're manufactured and it wasn't a defect. I would have been embarrassed giving these as gifts. Other than this issue, it seemed like a very nice item. Not sure why they don't ask the manufacturer to make this very small change. Anyway, I was able to return them for a store credit.

It's cute but the cap doesn't screw on it pops in; which makes for easy spillage. Ihe closure on the lid didn't prevent leakage while in closed position. In addition, to the grip mat on bottom of tumbler held lots of water after being washed.

I ordered as a gift--it came in yesterday. Very disappointed. The stones look like plastic and do not sparkle like in the add. The mug itself is a little too tall --the personalization looks like it will rub or wear off--it's not engraved. I paid $32 for this and would have passed it by in a store--not worth the money---will not use as a gift--will look for something else. ??

Like the looks of this it is very nice, but the lid is a push on lid that does not stay on well at all. Very disappointing.Bought this as a gift for my Daughter, but she will not be able to use it, And they would not let me send it back.

I wish I can return this Tumbler. Its is stylish nice but not well finished.

It mentioned that it is "practical", "perfect for use in the office and car" but actually is not as the lid is not good and hot liquid skipped on my daughter car and on her papers work.
