I ordered two of these tumblers as gifts, but was disappointed when I saw them in person. The problem is that the band of bling around the top does not go all the way around to the back. It's missing a single row of rhinestones, and the space where the rhinestones should be is sticky as if they've fallen off. When I called customer service, they said that's how they're manufactured and it wasn't a defect. I would have been embarrassed giving these as gifts. Other than this issue, it seemed like a very nice item. Not sure why they don't ask the manufacturer to make this very small change. Anyway, I was able to return them for a store credit.
