Great gift! I purchased this wine glass for a friend and she loved it! The fact that it could be personalized made this purchase even better. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the thinness of the glass, it felt a bit flimsy.

Wine glass This was purchased as a gift. It is lovely, but delicate. The first glass broke when ice was introduced to the drink. Personalization mall offered excellent customer service and replaced it.

Exactly as advertised! By Shopper (Malverne, NY) - August 2, 2015 I ordered these as a bridal party gift. They arrived within two weeks and looked just like the picture. I appreciated being able to write my own phrase as well. The only issue I have is the size. They seem to be a bit small. I haven't given them to my bridal party yet so I haven't actually seen whether or not they hold an entire bottle of wine. Otherwise they look great and will definitely do the job!

Good Person I gave the wine glass to loved the gift! Only problem I had was the spacing. I put 3 numbers instead of letters and it looked like the numbers were connected. I had to print it with a space between numbers but I don't love the spacing.

Retirement Gift I purchased the Big Vino Whole Bottle Wine Glass as a retirement gift for a friend.
The size of the glass is great. I am just a little concern about the thickness of the glass.
The stem is very thin and can break easily. Overall I think this will be a nice retirement gift.

The original item was shipped and even with looking at the tracking information we were unablke to determine where the package went. Being that it was a birthday present, I missed my friends birthday by having to reorder. I will have to say that I experiened great customer service and they immediately sent me a new item without question. Overall it was a great experience, despite not getting the item in time.

Cute! This glass is great! Its big, but not as overwhelmingly big as you would think - which was good! The etching was accurate, although it does look a little cheap because its whiter than usual, but I'm still very happy with it! thanks so much! Pmall rocks! :)

 Nice but needs brighter ink The personalization is very light. Part of my message ran over one of the dots. I chose gold as the color for personalization. Maybe brighter color is the way to go.

It's really big! Through my own fault, I did not realize the size of the wine glass; I thought I was ordering a standard size wine glass. But my sister-in-law was pleased with the gift.

not satisfied with wording on wine glass The wording on the glass is too small and not dark enough to stand out. The name is perfect but the wording underneath is not. Also, it's filmy and needs to be washed before giving it to my friend. It is a clever idea and cute gift..just needs a little tweeking... I am sure my friend will love it.

After opening the box I was surprised to find the glass and how light it was. It is very beautiful but I feel it will break with one little bump.

Not completely satisfied I love the size of the class. I not only drink wine in It, I drink everything in it. It was exactly what I wanted with the exception that I cannot read my name nor the inscription on it. With and without something in it. It should be colorful. Maybe you should offer a section of colors for the writing like the smaller ones. I took a picture to show that you can't see the writing when there's something in it. What's the point in having it personalized if people can't read it.

Great for nostalgia, poor for actual usage I have now bought my sixth personalized wine glass for my wife since they last less than a few months if you actually use them, sometimes only after a few weeks. She loves it and it's a fun item to talk about, but in actual use the glass is too thin and breaks far too easily. If you drop ice cubes into it, you always run the risk of having the glass break because it cannot handle a cube being dropped into it. You have to pour the wine in first. My wife loves the idea of the glass, but it really needs to be made stronger. This will be my last purchase of it - she bought a cheape one without personalization for use that is thicker, and this thin one now sits in a cabinet for display purposes only. Great idea, but poor design for actual use.

Fun gift but not the best quality This glass is a great fun gift and the personalization was great. The glass really holds a whole bottle of wine!! :) In my opinion it is a bit overpriced considering that the quality of the glass was not up to par (there were 3 air bubbles in the glass i received), plus you pay for shipping on top of that ..

Big Wine Glass By Shopper (San Mateo, CA) - September 16, 2013 I am very happy with my purchase as it is exactly as described. It is a cute gift and my friend loved it. The only thing I was disappointed in was the gift box which I paid an extra $3.00 for. Since most items come in the "Personalization Mall" box already, I assumed this was going to be a nice gift box. It was a somewhat nicer version of the Personalization Mall box with their logo (company name, etc) stamped on the top. I could not use it to give the wine glass as it would have looked somewhat tacky. I ended up going out and purchasing my own gift box. Other than that, my review is that this product was what I expected but save your money and purchase your own gift box.

LETTERING TOO LIGHT By Shopper (jersey city, NJ) - August 23, 2013 I purchased this product to use it for a birthday party where the theme is alcohol. I am using the wine glass to put on top of the cake with fake ice inside. Since the wine glass is going to be empty, its difficult to see the lettering. Maybe if they could add a BLACK outline to the lettering it would be perfect because you can read the glass when it's full and also when it's empty.
