 Good Product, Exceptional Customer ServiceI ordered 12 of these bottles, each one unique (not 12 of the same thing), about midnight on a Sunday night. By mid-morning Monday, I had received word that they already had shipped! Then I had a question about rewards points, and customer service immediately granted my request. I have never had better customer service from any company, anywhere, in person or online.
The bottle itself is as depicted, and my artwork (color line art, not photo) was beautifully reproduced. The two different lids are a bonus I didn't find from any other provider.
I will definitely order from Personalization Mall again. My experience couldn't have been better.

Personalized water bottles By Shopper  (Conroe, TX) - June 24, 2013 I had difficulty figuring out how to personalize - this being my first order. Once I set it up, the personalization was off kilter. However, the product arrived with lettering perfectly centered and aligned.

Great Gift! I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine. She has 2 daughters with CF & I personalized it with their pictures & fight for a cure. Great gift & a great way for others to see the cause we're all fighting for!

Fun to create your own Cute concept to design your own bottle. We had an issue with the threading of the bottle such that the black top w/ straw kept coming off, but I called customer service and they resolved the problem immediately by sending us a new one that works great!

This Made A Great Gift By Shopper (Colorado Springs, CO) - December 14, 2015 I designed a water bottle for my friend who is moving away w/phrases and memories that we have shared. The water bottle is of high quality, and I was very pleased with the way it turned out. My only complaint is that you can only put stuff on one side of the bottle.

good water bottle By Shopper (St. Louis Park, MN) - July 4, 2015 At first I had difficulty sucking the water out. I was surprised because I had purchased the exact same water bottle several months previously with no problems. I then realized that the straw was too long and was wedged against the bottom of the bottle. I simply used a scissors to cut 1/4 inch off the bottom of the straw. Now it works fine. I like this style of water bottle very much because I don't have to tip my head back to take a drink. I can keep my eyes on the road while taking a sip of water.

Beautiful By Shopper (Louisville, KY) - July 12, 2014 The image that I wanted on the bottle came out beautifully clear - just like on the screen. The only downside was the straw - it creates a suction-like noise and pressure when you take your mouth off of it, kind of like there needs to be an air hole at the top of the bottle. It isn't that big of a deal, but it would've been perfect if it hadn't been for the straw problems.

Good Quality By Shopper (Lansing, KS) - May 21, 2013 The water bottle is very nice for the price. I wish it was a little more easy to design multiple items. I bought 13 water bottles all the same design but with different names. I would have liked to been able to use the same design over and over in stead of recreating the same design 13 times.

 Be careful!I uploaded and image with text right below it. On the preview it looked perfect but when I received the product the writing was blurry. It didn't show that on the online preview while customizing it.

Great Customer Service A group of us are going to Cabo and I memorialized our trip with customized water bottles. The graphics were great, but the cap/straw system looks cheap and doesn't look like it will hold up. Overall, for the price, it is going to be a great gift and can be used as a vase if the straw breaks! :)

Good design / poor straw Love the size, sturdiness, wide mouth to be able to drop in ice or lemons etc, and the loop handle. Only con is the straw - it makes noticeable noise when you sip through it. I tried adjusting the straw, even cutting a small piece off the tip thinking it was hitting the bottom of the bottle. No luck. I ordered 7 of these for our church health ministry members and they had the same feedback. Love the bottle, just wish the straw could be improved.
