 Cute FrameBy Shopper  (Richardson, TX) - October 16, 2023 Received the frame yesterday on-time as promised as a gift for my boyfriend.
I've been searching for something unique and although several choices, I thought this particular item was cute with the carved initials which I'd never seen on other sites.
Suggestion: the wood could have been of better quality.
Otherwise, he loves it! Thank you. Personalization Mall - I look forward to holiday purchases.

Personalized Picture Frame He loved it I loved it. Frame carveing looks great, picture of us looks great. The glass/back seems bit loose but not really a concern.

Just as pictured This frame turned out just as it is pictured. Bought as a wedding gift for a couple that had a rustic themed wedding.

Beautiful I loved the carved image and the initials in it. If I could add something to it would be the size of the letters. Outside of that I'm glad it looks as cool as the preview

Truly Beautiful! This frame is lovely, and much more than I expected! I got mine vertical, and put a song lyric from my partner and I's "song" under the picture part. The carved part for the tree with the initials is really nicely done. The only qualm I have with the entire thing would be the font used for the writing part, it's a bit childish and not romantic, but it's not a huge deal. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful Frame The frame is really beautiful and arrives exactly as pictured. The one "issue" I have is the back. The cardboard that tends to be used on every frame from Personalizationmall.com does not last and will warp over time. I wish they would improve the quality of the backs of the frames.

Pleasantly surprised By Shopper (Bothell, WA) - September 2, 2013 I ordered this frame as a gift for a couple whose wedding I planned, and was pleasantly surprised to find that the tree design is actually carved into the wood frame. I had hoped for this but wasn't sure based on the description; it elevated the quality of the frame and added a level of sophistication that I am very happy with. I did notice one small notch in the carving that prompted me to give 4 instead of 5 stars, but overall I was very happy with the purchase and would order this item again in the future.

 Design Nice, Quality NotBy Shopper (Phelan, CA) - March 28, 2023 The etched design is exactly what I wanted, however the frame itself is one of the cheapest frames that I have ever seen. It's not good quality at all. It looks very cheaply made for the price paid.
