I did upload a photo to use, but I had limited selections from the bride's photos. I would have ordered a larger size if I could have found a photo that was acceptable. I would not hesitate to order this again.

PERFECT! Everything about this is PERFECT! The frame is adorable. The customization came out perfectly. I had them put my picture in there for an extra $3ish. So worth it. I didn't expedite shipping and they said it wouldn't make it to me by Valentine's, but it did. I believe it only took 3 days for me to receive it after placing my order, with regular shipping. It was a housewarming gift for my boyfriend, not a Valentine's gift, but the fact that he was over that day when it got delivered just made it more special. Honestly my bf is pretty closed off, he's a combat vet with severe PTSD, so for him to smile and hug the gift... it truly was special. I usually use a different photo site, but after this amazing experience, I will DEFINITELY be ordering from this site again for all my personalization needs.
