Perfect product!!! These mugs are a perfect gift for the Doctors who recently did open heart, bypasss surgery on my newborn little gr- grandson. They are from The Childrens Cardiac Hospital in DC. Our little one has a long way to go but has been a little warrior and is presently doing fine. He will be a year old in January.God Blessed us with wonderful doctors and with them and many prayers we are enjoying his daily smiles. One of the mugs was for gr-grannys cardiologist too.

For Someone Special I bought this 15 oz Coffee Mug for my Cardiologist, because he is a very special doctor. Everytime you see him, he is carrying 2 styrofoam cups together, and I thought this would be a nice jester. I just hope he uses it.

Nice but ... A few years ago these mugs came in black/red, black/blue, black/green and those were the only colors that showed on the mug. Now a big white patch shows and is distracting...it looks like a mistake. It was also nice to be able to choose between 3 colors...now red is the only option. Disappointing but still a nice gift.

Very Cute, Arrived Fast. Wasn't too happy when first viewing it. By Shopper (Taylor Mill, KY) - April 9, 2015 I ordered this as a gift for my friend who is going to be graduating from nursing school. The order showed up quick, and the personalization was done well, and the mug itself is very nice. My number one complaint with this is the condition it was in when I took it out of the box. It had dust all over it and had to be wiped down before I could really see whether or not it was nice. This is my first time ordering from here and while I would order again, I just don't see any reason why something should be packed and delivered if it's not ready to be viewed the moment it's taken out. Luved it, but definitely lost a few professionalism points from me.

Very nice for the price Bought three of these mugs for Doctor's Day gifts. They were very nice, sturdy, personalized mugs. And I think our docs really appreciated them.

The color overall the mug was very nice. I was disappointed that the mug was not all black and there is a white strip by the handle. The picture on the website does not show that white strip.

 Heartbeat mugAlthough this item looks fantastic online, it wasn’t as good as expected. I was so excited when I ordered this because it was a gift for a cardiologist I work with. When I received the mug, I was a bit disappointed because the picture failed to show a huge white portion of the mug around the handle. The online picture makes it look like the whole mug is black with red writing. Other than that the mug is cute.

Choose color carefully By Shopper (Chenango Bridge, NY) - December 7, 2019 I really liked the product, but was disappointed because the black color did not cover the entire mug. There is about a 3 inch section of white on the mug by the handle. I like the look of the black, but white would be the way to go.

Heart of Caring Mug By Shopper (Hampden, MA) - November 20, 2017 Ordered this mug as a Christmas gift for a special medical assistant! The mug has a heartfelt message and comes in different colors. The reason for my lower rating is a white area left around the handle--to me making it look unfinished or off! Looking at the mug, there's no reason why the mug shouldn't be all one color on the outside as well as in. You can't really see this area from the description and photo of this aforementioned mug. From my viewpoint it definitely would be a better, quality product without a white area around the handle. It seems your focus is directed right at this area!

Disappointed Ordered a black mug with colorful personalization and it has a big white stripe by the handle. It looks ridiculous. Good price but still disappointed in the final product.

Heart Mug By Shopper (Golden Valley, AZ) - June 20, 2016 After searching for a personalized gift, for my surgeon, I was really excited when I found this mug. The only issue I found was on the bottom of the mug. The bottom is solid white with some writing on it. When my mug arrived the white coloring on the bottom had scratches on it. I am still going to give it as a gift, but for a surgeon, it's kind of embarrassing that it's scratched up on the bottom.

 Not what I expected I don't like how the mug has this white space by the handle. It suppose to be all black with red lettering. Not this ugly white line behind the handle. Guess I got what I paid for.

Used to be perfect The picture is deceiving!!! Years ago the coffee cups were solid black with different colored lettering. Now the cup comes with a big ole white stripe down the side where tge handle us. It looks ridiculous. It wasn't broke ... why'd you have to change if?

Mug This is a black mug but has a large white strip down the side with handle. Not sure why the entire mug would not be black. Looks hoaky. The red heart is also by handle instead of where it can be seen. Very disappointed. It was purchased as gift but kind of embarrassed to give it.
