I ordered this for my doctor, and I'm extremely disappointed in the product. I ordered a black mug with blue writing, and the images make you think the entire mug is black - but beware it is not! If you look really close in the stock images for the product you will see it. There is a white strip about 1" or 1.5" wide by the handle that just looks dumb. As someone who has worked in the printing business, I think they should have been more forthcoming that the entire mug was not black.

I had such high hopes for this mug but it looks so cheap and unfinished with the shite stripe by the handle. I have no idea why it's there. The picture did not show this white stripe and I think it's very misleading. I got this as a gift for someone and was embarrassed to give it. Do not buy this mug!

Like the other negative ratings I thought the white strip by the handle looks ridiculous and makes the mug look very cheap. Not sure what all the 5 star reviews were talking about. I ordered this for a Christmas gift and was very excited to give it to my sister-in-law. I now don't have time to look into another mug so will have to give it to her and explain my disappointment. The mug looked MUCH better in the picture and I feel that it was very deceiving of this company not to show this side of the mug. Will not be buying fromPersonalizationmall.com again.

Do not purchase. Large white strip makes mug look unfinished. The mug I ordered is literally 3 different colors. Blue handle and inside. BLACK wrap around detail. And a large white strip around handle that makes this look cheap and embarrassing. Spent $11 and will not even give it to person intended to receive it. Looks like a joke. Want money back. (I never ever review products but I don't want a single person wasting their money on this mug)

This mug would be great if it didn't have a thick white stripe on the mug where the handle is. It looks like a mistake that the black didn't wrap all the way around. This is definitely not clear on the image when ordering and I contacted customer service certain I had received a mistake. Not sure if I will give this as a gift as I intended.
