 Wonderful ProductI recently needed a special gift for our neice that was turning 30. I went on the computer and found the Personalizationmall.com website. I instantly was drawn to the wooden frame. I had it sent to my house instead of her house by mistake, but I am glad I did. I was able to see the very fine work in person. The construction of the frame is rock solid. You cannot feel any seperation in the corners where the wood is joined. I could not be happier with my purchase. I took the frame to work to share with my co-workers. All 8 of them took down the website address and will use it in the future. I too will be turning here instead of the pricy mall stores.

 40th birthday 5x7Frame was great. There was no glass. The included plastic substitute was not clear. - had a milky shade that cause picture to be fuzzy and muted. Had to use glass from an unused frame I had.

Wonderful Frame I thought this would be a fantastic birthday gift for the grandma who has everything, and boy was I right! I was a little disappointed with the quality of the back piece and the fact that it was scuffed up, but the actual frame was great quality.

Not as nice as it used to be.... I bought the same frame three years earlier and now the frame is not as thick as it used to be... which makes it much lighter and therefore not as sturdy. Otherwise it's still the same and very nice to look at.

Beautiful Frame I'd ordered this frame for my oldest daughter when she turned 16 and liked it so much, I ordered another for my youngest daughter who turns 16 this year. The frame is as nice as the first one I ordered. There was one small glitch that was my fault, I entered the wrong birth year. My mistake but a lesson has been learned, review and review again your personalization before accepting it.

Great frame!!!! Love the frame! Looks expensive/classy. However, I wish there was an extra line for personalized comment/statement.Ability to choose between vertical and horizontal picture is a definite plus.

Maybe you could add more options of gift wrapping, or birthday cards When I got the gift I was very happy, but then I realized that you don't have the option of wrapping or a birthday card, and I decided to put it where she would find it. She actually loved it and she is very happy with it, thank you
