 love itWhen I custom made it, I didn't think it was gonna turn out like how I wanted it to, But,when I received it I was like Wow it turned out better than expected. It was a Christmas gift I actually got jealous. Cause I knew my gift to them was gonna be better than their gift to me lol!!

Great Item ... Need to have a better rug I bought this rug for one of my dearest friend who got married. I gave her gifts before her wedding and so I thought I needed to give her something after. So I ordered this rug. For the price ... I think it was a great idea. She loved it and I am going to order my son one, once I redecorate his room. I like it and I would order again from Personalization Mall.

Loved designed my own rug By Shopper  (Jacksonville, FL) - November 12, 2013 I purchased the dark brown as this rug is used at an entryway. Mine says, "The house was clean last week, sorry you missed it".
It would be nice it I could have used two lines instead of one, it would make it easier to read the saying. But the rug will do the job! Thanks!

Able to get a great design By Shopper (Thomaston, ME) - November 11, 2013 You can customize your mat -- we love it, it's just a little thin. Not a thick doormat so if you're looking for that, this isn't it. We like the design though.

Nice gift This turned out nicely as a gift and the recipient really liked it. It is a little thin but the quality seems fine. I do wish I had known it was more fabric-like than slick. This will make it harder to clean.

Product was exactly as, no wait, it was better, than expected! I have never ordered pre-printed products of this nature on-line before so I was VERY pleasantly surprised to receive the doormat and it was EXACTLY as expected. I am going to try ordering a few other things now from your company to turn my graphic designs into printed products for family and friends. The prices were also very reasonable!

 Lab doormat.I designed my own mat which was fun! However after 2 1/2 months of this mat being in front of the kitchen sink, it has pilled badly, especially where it gets the most traffic.

Off center Great color reproduction but it’s rhe second time i ordered a mat and it was off center and my preview was exactly centered- ? More attention is needed .....

Took 2 tries Our first order was printed off center. It was very noticeable since we had a border in our design.
Customer service was very polite in refunding so we could re-order. They offered to place the same order again but we feared the same issue would occur. We redesigned our image without the border.
I don't expect it will hold up for very long if used in a high traffic area but it was more for the thought than to be practical.

Personalized door mat By Shopper (Schenectady, NY) - November 29, 2015 I love creating my own door mat. I was somewhat disappointed in the product itself. The material did not appear durable or long lasting (especially for outdoors). If it doesn't wear well, I am not able to return it due to it being personalized.
I hope I'm wrong, because I would like to order again in the future.

Quality Print On A Not So Quality Mat I was excited when I found a doormat I could customize with a logo. This was for a gift. The website did not show the quality of the doormat. All it showed was a drawing of what it would look like and a distant photo of color options. No close ups of quality. I hesitated on purchasing but in the end purchased it. I ordered a grey mat with black print. The print quality is great but sadly the doormat quality isn't. The color is not grey it is more like a pinky grey tone. And it does not have a quality doormat texture. It almost looks like felt fabric. It is plain and flat. I am not very proud to give this as a gift. But I will be giving it along with an apology for the quality. It is still a useful doormat just not the "front door entrance" quality I was expecting. But I gave it 3 stars because the logo printed well.

it was my fault By Shopper (Marseilles, IL) - December 25, 2014 The rugs came fast and the way I designed them, but the image was very blurry. When I up loaded the image the program said the image was low quality. With that said I just thought it was good enough for them to use. I wish they would reject any and all uploads that that knew would not come out. I would rather them tell me I can not us this image. Don't get me wrong I bought the other rugs, the ones that you don't upload , and they are great. In all reality it was my fault. Great site.

Cool but needs tweaking I wanted to change the background color after I had designed the doormat but there was no way to do that without starting over. Not a big deal but the color didn't match as I had hoped.
The mat was very thin and will take a while to uncurl from packaging. If you are looking for a low-cost, personalized gift, this is it. Don't expect a heavy duty mat.

Design The doormat quality is what I expected however the color pallet is not exactly user friendly. I thought I was getting blue. My screen color looked blue but it came in purple. So look very closely before ordering

I was somewhat disappointed when I saw the mat. It is a very thin mat and after a few months I am sure it will roll on the corners and have to be trashed. The picture and print was fine but the mat was much too flimsy. Don't waste your money!

It almost looked as though the design was on a thin piece of tissue paper fused to the mat. I do not think that it will survive actual feet on it. A good idea, but not really functional.

Welcome Aboard Mat The mat was ok. I guess I was wanting something a little more applying. But I guess you get what you pay for. I do think this site has some cute thing and I will probable order something else down the road.

Very nice, but the color is off. By Shopper (Tallahassee, FL) - July 30, 2013 I ordered the brown doormat and was expecting something like shown on the website so I got a dark blue print... but the doormat that I actually got was a very dark brown so the blue print barely showed up. Great product, I just wish the color on the website was more true to the actual color so I would know what colors to get printed on it.

 Not truly a door matBy Shopper (Atlanta, GA) - October 2, 2020 As one of Atlanta's Top Producing Realtors, I was so excited to begin offering my clients a custom welcome mat at closing. I received them and they are cloth-like not a durable material that typical welcome mats are made of.. also not sure why they thought putting their manufacturing sticker on the front of the mat was a good idea (each one has one on them).. removing the sticker also removes a portion of the ink and leaves a stain.. if they're necessary they should be placed on the rubber side of the mat.

not totally satisfied I've purchased personalized rugs from pm in the past and was completely satisfied. however;my last purchase was not up to the standards in the pass. I called in hopes of an exchange but sadly I was denied a credit or exchange. gratefully it was not a large purchase.

Colors blend Do not recommend the grey background. It is a lot lighter in grey than the photo. The writing color I selected has turned the entire mat a similar color. I re ordered a different darker back ground in hopes the mat turns out better this time.
I did like the added black rubber, thank goodness!
