I ordered twice as I had made a mistake with the date on the first one. It turned out well for me as when I opened the first one, the glass in the frame was not secured and when I opened the package the glass and picture fell and shattered.
I contacted the company to let them know what had happened and they gave me a credit on my account. Good customer service.

Got it for Father's Day, best purchase ever! I got this for my dad for Father's Day and be absolutely loved it. Turned out amazing and he even started crying because of how much he loved it. I put a photo of myself, him, and his grandma in there who is recently deceased. He couldn't be happier w the gift! Will definitely be purchasing more from this company.
