Good product bad process By Shopper (Fresno, CA) - June 9, 2018 The product is great. The one thing I wish I could change was the ordering. As soon as you hit order, there is no going back. So 2 seconds after I ordered, I realized I made a mistake. You should be able to edit personalization for at least an hour after you order it. But I wasn’t able to and now I have two. One I can use and one i have to throw away. (throw away 40 dollars)
