Canvas Print exceptional; shipping needs work By Shopper (Castaic, CA) - January 28, 2015 The Canvas print was exceptional and exceeded expectations. I ordered the accompanying black frame but found that during shipping the item was not boxed with the necessary protection in the corners of the frame to prevent damage during shipping. Received the frame with 2 broken corners. Contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement "with" the necessary protection corner covering. Got the replacement extremely fast. Item is now proudly displaced in my living room.

Grandma loved it! This is a nice plaque for the price, my mom really loved it. It is very lightweight and all the information was correct. It was also shipped exactly when it said it would. I would say the only complaint is that some of the names are really light compared to the others. Of course the kids said that meant that the darker ones were my mom's favorites.

Nice wall hanging This product is very nice. The only issue found is that the colors are slightly different than what is pictured. Everything has a pink tint.

My Grandkids personalized grandparents canvas print Great product... My only negatives are that I had to attach the hanger on the back and that there weren't more color options. I would suggest the frame if you want to spend the extra money. The wrap is nice, but I like the elegance of a frame.

great product, but coloring is misleading By Shopper (coraopolis, PA) - March 14, 2014 This is a fantastic gift for grandparents and great quality. BUT, I purchased the brown canvas, and was disappointed that the color scheme is actually much darker than it appears. I thought the top to be dark brown, when it is nearly black. I would have elected for the grey option had I realized how dark my purchase was. I buy many gifts from this site, and have always found the online image to be accurate, so was disappointed to spend that much money and now wish I had gotten the other colors.

Overall good, but blurry print This is the second time I have ordered these items for my parents and in-laws, because we have new grandkids on both sides, so we needed to add names. I am overall pleased with the large canvas (12×36), but the smaller canvas (12x18) is a bit blurry in the print. I don't recall this being a problem before. The clarity is just not as good for the dates. Other than that, it's a beautiful product which serves as a great gift.

DOB overlapped with Name Everything was beautiful but unfortunately the slashed in the DOBs went over the names. So do not use 01/01/2000!!! Instead go with 01-01-2000 or 01.01.2000. There was no warning about this on website.
Also when I called to complain about it, thy didn’t offer anything. No replacement and no discount.

Disappointed You sent a gift, I even called you directly to make sure spellings were right. And it was still wrong in one place. To late to do anything now. I'm not sure I'll ever order from here again.

Graphics issue My issue is that the personalized message overlaps the graphic background design all the way through. I approved it like that thinking it was going to be aligned correctly but what you see is exactly what you get. Beware of that glitch.

Hope for more help By Shopper (Lidnen, TX) - December 10, 2015 I have previously ordered this item as a gift and proceeded to order more this year. Unfortunately I failed to enter the date of birth accurately. I was more concerned with making sure "NA" did not show up as I had to enter on any remaining name slots through slot #6. I also ordered two canvases in this order so I was a bit flustered after entering so much information. The system is able to generate an error if six names are not entered but not if the date of birth year is not 4 numbers. I called several times hoping for assistance and was told I would have to buy a new canvas. The items are not cheap. I'm very disappointed, especially since the item in question was for my children's father's mother. Lesson learned. The item is great and will be thoroughly enjoyed, but be sure the check ALL information entered.

nice from a far, but not enough attention to detail By Shopper (cambridge, MA) - December 26, 2014 this looks great from far away, but when you get up close the / marks separating the dates are so long they run into the letters (names) above them. it looks really bad, to my detail-oriented brain.

My error Make absolutly sure the spellings are correct. No turning back ; ( the quality of my product was awesome, however I mispelled on my idems (3 different Items) and there is no turning back so please double and triple check.

My Grandkids No where in the product information does it tell you that it has a distressed finish to it. The printing looked smeared. I was not pleased. They would not correct.

My greatest blessings No where in the information was it mentioned that the product would show a distress look. The names appeared to be smudged. It was on the grey color. I called to express my dislike and was told that was the way it was. Would not recommend this color.

Not happy The canvas has white streaks all over it. When I called customer service I was told that it was a distressed look. This was far beyond "distressed". I was asked to send a picture via email which I did, and they were suppose to contact me the next day. I did not receive a call back. I have attempted to contact them again, but still have no resolution. What I have is a $100 canvas that I can't give as a gift because of the poor quality.

Unprofessional looking By Shopper (West Bend, WI) - December 2, 2015 Was very excited to receive this canvas for my mom for Christmas. However when I opened it, the slash marks in the dates ran right into the kids names, making it look very unprofessional (note it's dots between the dates on the sample on line now). The slashes running into the kids names was not visible on the small proof that pops up on your screen. When I contacted them to get it fixed I was told that, that is what I approved and they could do nothing about it. Would be good if they forced their system to use dots or at least give you a big enough proof to see that the slashes would run into the kids names and look horrible.

Good idea executed poorly By Shopper (Palatine, IL) - December 27, 2014 My grandparents loved this gift. However, two of the names were spelled incorrectly, which makes the gift itself not useable. I can only guess that the auto correct was the cause.

Too small Way too small for the price

Highly dissatisfied I was very excited about this canvas as a Christmas present for my parents. I ordered the gray version and when I pulled it from the box, it looked damaged. I was super bummed, but quickly called customer service to let them know. They had me send a picture to show the damage for return, and after review they said it looked as it was supposed to! I was shocked! It literally looks like there are scratches all the way down the picture. It looks terrible! I am very disappointed and am stuck with it
