Nice frames Nice frame... I have ordered 4 already but the 3 one came with marks on the front and the taupe one has strips going across it. It's OK but not my favorite. The black and the gray where solid but for some reason the taupe has tiny strips in the taupe. Not the best look

Nice the product was printed fine and had the correct background. My only problem was the background looked cheaper than I had hoped for or thought it would. I thought it was going to be a stained wooden frame but instead it looks more like a nicely placed sticker. I don't think the intended recipient will mind but if I had purchased this for my own home I would be very disappointed in how it looks. Everything was correct I was just disappointed in what I imagined it looking like based on the picture

I bought these frames about 10 years ago for my 5 grandkids. Now, I have a newborn granddaughter and her frame doesn't match the others. I guess we can't stop change from happening!! Grandparent frame I’m happy with my purchase. The engraving was done nice. The frame was sturdy looking. The shipping cost made me almost not buy it. Was quite a bit total for a small frame holding 4x6 picture. This is my second grandparent frame purchased. The first had a 5x7 picture space. Not the highest quality materials but looks like it will last

Very happy with this!! My work family and I were doing a Congrats on Becoming a Nan basket for a teammate. I could only find "Grandma" or "Nana" Merchandise locally. Started looking online and came upon this site. Everything I wanted customized. I came across "When a Child is born so is a Grandparent" picture frame. I was even able to customize with birthday and Name and was very impressed that I could upload a picture! The time from creating my items to the day they were at my doorstep....unbelievably fast!! The only reason I didn't rate a 5, the clips in the back that hold the pic in slip alittle if you aren't careful and the glass and pic fell out. I put some tape over the clips to hold them in place and had no further problems.

Love this frame, but I was given this frame as a gift when my grandson was born in 2016. Friends had their first grandson in January 2018. I appreciated it so much that I wanted to buy one for them. I ordered it in taupe. However, I think the color is more on the purple side. If I would order it again, I would probably go more for the gray.

Years ago, you used to be able to personalize the "grandparent" or "great-grandparent" title at the bottom so you could have anything not just grandparent or nana. I would like to see that option back. Otherwise, I do like the options on colors and the design is adorable. I still buy it even though I can't personalize the bottom title.

Very nice grandparents gift By Shopper (Pearland, TX) - April 7, 2016 I bought this as a gift for first time grandparents. The frame arrived on time but unfortunately had a chip in the top of the frame. I took a picture and emailed customer service. They replied the same day that they would replace free of charge. I received the replacement and it is in perfect condition. This would have been a 5 star gift had I not had any issue.

Pretty Frame The Frame and personalization are great, my issue with it is the picture has no protection, there is no glass or plastic cover where the photo goes, so with time dust,weather etc, can damage the photo.

Awesome Keepsake The frame turned out very nice except there was a crease in the frame appx. 1 inch long on the top. I did not want to return the item because you can hardly see it unless you look at the frame closely and hold it a certain direction then it's evident. The person I bought it for did notice it but also didn't want me to go through the trouble of returning it. Aside from that, the frame was very nice and they loved it.

My friends loved it I did not see the finished product, but my friends sent me a photo of it, with their multi-generational photo in it. They seemed to really like it. It's a very nice way to congratulate a new grandparent!

Grandparent Frame It's a very nice frame, but it had a black mark near the personalization part on the frame that wasn't supposed to be there.
