My only problem with this item is the easel back does not hold up long term. I have mine on a book stand and it looks great.

Great Grandparent Gift I bought this Grandparent Frame for my friend who is a brand new grandma. I forgot I had given the exact one to her before her grandaughter was born. This one has baby name and date on it, so am going to trade her for the personalized one and give the unpersonalized to another expecting grandparent friend. This frame is a great frame. I'll order again. The only negative I have is the color on one I have for myself is a little brighter and not so blured. Other than that, I like it a lot.

While the color is nice I would like to have other color choices;i.e., pale pink, lavender, pale blue, etc. This is a wonderful way to celebrate the birth of a grandchild. We bought one when our grandson was born. We like it so much we bought this one for friends who just became grandparents.

I just wish that more characters were permitted for the baby's name (my son has 4 names, and there weren't enough characters permitted to type the names in full). strange color By Shopper (Cumberland, RI) - December 18, 2011 This came out exactly how it looks online with one exception. It states it has a rainbow background which is true but i didn't realize the "sky" was going to be a shade of purple. It looked gray to me in the picture and that would have been perfect. The "oyster" as its described is too purple to match the picture I picked out to go in it for my parents and inlaws as gifts. The quality of the product seems great but I was disappointed that it wasn't as neutral as I expected.

It is well-made and is the color is neutral, so we have matching frames for our granddaughter and grandson. I love that it can be personalized with each child's name and birth date. I only wish it was available for 6x4(vertical) as well as 4x6 (horizontal) photos.

Personalized Frame I was skeptical ordering online a personalized item especially a frame. However I was trying to find something that could be given to my mom, and in laws as this year our first child was born and wanted to give them something to get excited about. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the look of the frame and the price was perfect!

Changed the design on this item I purchased 3 of these frames two years ago for my 3 grandchildren's Pictures. In January 2010, a fourth grandchild was born so I purchase a frame to match the others. The first 3 frames had a pinkish tint to them. The 4th arrived with a gray tint but other than that matched perfectly. Since a 5th grandchild was due later in the year, I figured, that a new frame would match #4. When the 5th frame arrived last week, it had the pinkish tint of the first 3 and a completely different font for both the name and the birthdate. Although the frames themselves are very, very nice, it is a shame that the color and fonts are not consistant from order to order.
I am keeping all the frames with the thought that each of my grandchildren are unique, and so are their frames!
I am quite satisfied with the quality of my purchases!

Nice keepsake! I am a new grandparent so I wanted something like this for a keepsake of my first grandchild's birth. I was pleased with the frame, however, the coloring was a little different that it looked on-line. It looks mostly lavender in color rather than gray as it looks on-line. The personalization is a little hard to read from a distance, mostly due to the script font. Over-all, though, it is worth the money. I ordered another frame from this site that has our granddaughter's name, birth date, and weight on it to give to my daughter-in-law.

Keepsake Frame Beautiful frame in muted earth tone that highlights the photo. Printing is classic and elegant. I wish it came in a vertical 5x7.

They LOVED them We gave this frame to all the Grandparents and they LOVED it. The personalization in script came out beautiful and added such a special touch. The price was excellent and they make a lasting gift. I even had friends ask where I purchased them. My only slight complaint is that they did not wrap the frames in tissue or bubble wrap before putting them in their perspective boxes. There were some black smudges and flakes on them but they did wipe off. I will purchase from them again.

Grandparents frame This was a great purchase. I expected it to be silver, but like the laminate even better. It matches nicely to a personalized cross I gave this couple for an anniversary. It is lovely and neutral enough to use in almost any room in the house. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to find a special gift that is reasonably priced and easy to mail.

 Pretty, but did not meet expectations The frame was very pretty and exactly the type of item I wanted. The express turnaround was quicker than expected. However, the quality of the frame I received was disappointing. There were divots in several places on the front and back of the frame. Not sure if this occurred before or after the engraving process, but this was definitely not the quality I come to expect from Personalization Mall.

Good Frame I’ve ordered several of these frames through the years, and although this one looks good, there has been a change, and the frame isn’t as good a quality as the others I’ve purchased. The personalization looks good, though, and it makes a nice gift.

It’s just “ok” Thought this was a great idea to give this frame to someone who just became a grandparent for the first time. I just wish it came in better colors to signify a boy or girl. Most of the shades are drab and dull. Also hoped the baby’s name and date of birth was larger, as it gets lost on the frame, especially that it’s at the very bottom on the right-hand side.

Ok, not great By Shopper (Paramus, NJ) - January 20, 2015 I had previously purchased this a few years ago in wood and much prefered it. The colors are very muted and not really as nice as I would like to hold a baby's photo. Perhaps a nice wedgewood blue and rose color would be more suitable. The engraving is nice, but really dwarfed by the rest of the writing on the frame. The couple I gave it to did not even notice the personalization at first. Also the back that holds the photo into the frame was very loose and need the support of extra pieces of cardboard.

Nice, but... This frame is very nice, but I prefered the "When a Child is Born so is a...", #8720. You were able to personalize the frame with the name the child would be calling the grandparent, i.e. Grandma, Grandpa, Noni, Nana etc. Like I said, this frame is nice, quality is good, and I purchased it for my friend who just became a grandmother. But with the other frame, you were able to go to the next step with the personalization process.

It's ok.... I have ordered a ton of stuff from personalization mall and this is the only item I was not completely thrilled with! It's cute, but when the name came out it was a little fuzzy and the frame didnt look as nicely made as the wooden ones I have ordered before! The wooden frames are the best, I have ordered a ton of them and everyone loves them!

odd color By Shopper (Richmond, TX) - July 24, 2012 I was very pleased with the quality of this frame but disappointed in the color. The color seems to be misrepresented online as it is more of a lavender color than the grey that is shown. Would love to order another one as a gift but am not sure the lavender color is one that others would choose.

Nice but not great By Shopper (East Amherst, NY) - June 10, 2012 This is a very nice frame, of good quality. Just be sure you like the color of it. It looks just like the picture - mostly gray with a bit of color in the upper right hand corner. I found it a little too somber for a photo of a baby, but the personalization is nice.
