 Almost perfectWe received an engraved Bible in record time with accurate names and date. The only complaint is that the engraved lines are slightly crooked...hopefully this is something that only my eye caught and not the final recipient.

Family Bible Loved it! Bought for daughters wedding to use as guestbook. Only wish it had larger margins. Needed room for folks to write their name next to the scripture they chose to highlight for the new couple. The embossed name is very striking.

features i didnt like the personalized name and date was not straight....also the color of the name & date didnt stand out like i would have liked it too, it blends with the brown cover. otherwise this is a nice well made Bible

Family Bible This is a beautiful Bible! Very pretty color (says it's burgandy but I would call it more of a brown which I liked). The graphic on the front is also gorgeous. I did expect it to be heavier and have a thicker outside cover such as a hard back book but it doesn't

love the Bible I love the Bible. It's a great Bible to pass down. The reason for the 4 stars is that I wish the personalization was a different color. After receiving the Bible, I went back to the site to see if a choice of color for personalization was given; however, the color is just as shown on the site. I didn't notice prior to ordering.

but good for the price. I ordered the "special" gift box with each and am very unhappy with them.
They are very flimsy, in fact one has come apart before giving the gift. Definitely not worth purchasing

Nice looking book! This is a nice family Bible with pages for personalized information. I am a bit disappointed that the cover is a leather over cardboard and not flexible. But it looks very nice.

Beautiful and Reasonable for the Price Purchased this as a gift for my wife. The size of the bible made it easier on her eyes and the binding and cover made a very beautiful keepsakes for our family. Only thing missing was some content not in this bible regarding certain prayers for certain occasions and where they could be found. Would have paid more to have the personalized information pressed like the rest of the bible cover.Other than those 2 issues, great keepsakes and beautiful centerpiece for the home.

Beautiful Bible The Bible is beautiful and will be greatly appreciated for the receiver, however the only thing that I was disappointed in was that the top outer corner was badly bent. I am guessing that it was during packing since the outer container had no damage

Beautiful gift for (traditional paper) First Anniversary <3 I would give this a perfect rating but am a little disappointed that the white Bible has been replaced by a brown one.
Years ago I started a personal tradition of giving this personalized Family Bible as a first anniversary gift to any family or friends. As the traditional gift for a first anniversary is paper, I thought this was an appropriate gift. I have given away a lot of them and everyone receiving it, loves it and appreciates it... every one of these was white ... except this year was brown as the white is no longer available :( White seems a fitting color for the first year of marriage. The brown is nice but the white bible was beautiful. Please bring the white one back.

Wedding Gift By Shopper (La mesa, CA) - November 3, 2015 I was very please with this purchase. The personalization was perfect. Everything was spelled correctly. It's etched in beautifully. The first few pages are very personal with space to list the husband and wife's names, their children's names and also grandchildren's names. I was more than disappointed with the gift box that I paid extra for, it is about the same size as the bible itself, and once I wrapped the bible in the tissue paper, the box was not big enough and it ripped as I was trying to make it fit. I could have done better with something from the dollar store. The ribbon is a thin piece of black elastic. Do not pay extra for gift wrapping.

It would be nice if there were pictures in it but that would have probably made it bigger than she would like it to be. It has plenty of places for recording family history and I also love the pages for recording favorite bible verses, prayer requests, answered prayers, and favorite hymns.

Good quality The bible was much bigger than I expected, but I should've looked at the dimensions listed more carefully before ordering. I wish it could've offered 5 more characters to engrave on it because my fiance and I have long names. But nonetheless the quality of the engraving was: clear, precise, and perfect. I was pleased with this product and felt it was worth more than what I paid. It's beautiful craftsmanship. Loved the additional pages to fill in our family trees and the dedication.

Love the Quality! I ordered 3 of the Family Bibles for Christmas gifts. I was very pleased with the exception of 1 item. The gold engraving was missing. You can see the imprint, however, the gold enlay is missing. It is too late to get a replacement for Christmas, so I will have to give the Bible as is, and return it after the holiday.

Family Bible This Bible is for our granddaughter who is getting married in April. It is nice, but it would have been nicer if the lettering were gold instead of orange. This is our second purchase and we have more to buy in the future. Is it possible to have gold lettering on our next purchase?

I was very disappointed, even though it was my fault because I approved the personalization - the names do not show up on the leather. I would have preferred it be white or gold or a different color. But it's here now and I can't return it. I'm sure the children will love it.

 Misleading contentBy Shopper (Arlington, VA) - May 10, 2019 I was looking for a King James Bible, still the best English translation. But this not a King James Bible. It is something called New King James. It has taken the beautiful poetic language of the hundreds of scholars assembled by King James and 'improved' it. It reads like an 'interpretation' of the King's English to a version suitable for 10 year olds at a mid-west Baptist Sunday School in 1955. This is NOT a King James Bible.

Buyer Beware! I was really excited to get this in the mail as it was to be for my son and his fiancé. The outside looked good, but the pages are EXTREMELY poor quality. The pages look and feel like newsprint. The pages in a cheap paperback novel are better quality than this. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it because it is personalized. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this company.
