Not 3-D Not what I expected at all. The picture makes it look 3 dimensional, when it is far from it. It is a shiny 1 dimensional overlay. Very disappointed.

Disappointed First time ordering from this company. Very disappointed with this product, purchased as a gift. Great idea and it appears lovely photographed, but the actual item looks and feels cheap (except for the bark-like trim).

It is a cheap plastic decal placed on a thin piece of wood. I paid $40 with shipping. Upon receiving it I wouldn't have given $5. Very disappointing...

Don’t let the picture fool you Yes it is a live edge slab but it’s a picture put on it, not at all what I thought. Sorry it’s just not worth $20 a Better price would reflect it.

Picture doesn't match product I expected to receive a plank with depth in the center where the heart was located but, instead I opened up a cheap face wood face and a poor print job. The picture of the product actually looks decent but the one you will get in the mail will disappoint all who buy. I certainly would be embarrassed to hang it up anywhere in my house.

Not What I Thought I Ordered By Shopper (Astoria, OR) - March 24, 2018 I was so excited to purchase this for an anniversary gift for my husband since we carved out initials on a tree 31 years ago. I was very disappointed with the product because the bark is only on the edges. The front is a printed sheet attached to the board and looks cheap.

TERRIBLE By Shopper (Okauchee , WI) - March 6, 2018 The actual item looks nothing like their example pictured. I sent a photo of mine side by side with theirs to complain and they determined it meets their quality standards. The print on mine is all red and not realistic at all. You can barely read the names and it looks ridiculous. I'd say quality and customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Total waste of money and extremely frustrating they wouldn't reprint it or even offer a coupon or credit for a different item!

What a piece of JUNK SAVE YOUR MONEY.. this thing is a mess.
The famous Cher Horowitz once said, "She's like a full on Monet.. from far away it's ok but up close it's a mess."
Yeah well that doesn't apply to this thing. No matter how far away you get, it never gets better. Then again, maybe it does, because at least now you're far away from this piece of junk.
On a side note, thanks for the laughs terribly awful plywood plank. You didn't provide the sweet loving vibes that were intended for Valentine's Day, but you certainly have given us something to laugh about. No doubt it'll be a story for the grandkids.. maybe we'll even keep it to pass down through the generations. "Look what wacky Nana gave PopPop way back in '18... hahahahaha!"

Decieved I purchased this product for my husband for Valentine’s Day. When he opened the package it was very disappointing! Although the description states printed, the sample product looked nothing like the item I received. The colors were off and it was very visible
That this was a horrible attempt at printing! I will never order from this company again... very deceptive!

Personalization Mall has the most amazing product photographers By Shopper (Plainfield, IL) - February 14, 2018 ...because the product I received was nowhere near as nice as the product advertised. I understood that this was not an actual carving when I ordered it. I was ok with that. What I received was an item that had NO dimensional effect in the image and the color was faded looking. Why didn't I return it? Because I didn't have time to purchase another gift. I presented it with apologies and added a gift card.

Fake I was extremely disapointed in this prodct! The heart and bark where printed and stuck on a plank of wood, the color was so red it made it look very fake

Disappointed I guess it pays to read the fine print! Because the picture you have of the product looks real . What I received was a print and it looks so cheesy and cheap !! I cannot give it to her for Valentines threw it in the trash !! Very very disappointed and I will never get burned again like this !

Reading the reviews next time I was so disappointed with this. From the pictures online it looks like an actual chunk of wood with a heart carved into it. In fact it is a wall plaque with a picture of a tree stickered over the front. It’s not even a good picture either. I’ll definitely read the reviews before making another online purchase

The description of this product was not very detailed so shame on me for relying on the picture which made it appear that it was truly cut out from the side of a tree. I was embarrassed to give it to my husband on our 5 year anniversary ( which is the "wood" Anniversary ) instead of being excited Thanks for the disappointment ! Perhaps you should be clearer and I will be more careful and less trusting

Misleading By Shopper (Winter Haven, FL) - December 22, 2017 I wish returning was an option. Custom orders are just hit or miss I guess. The quality is what you pay for it. Poor and made quickly. Image was not centered and heavily pixelated. Would not have bought it seeing the finished result.

Misleading By Shopper (Wellington, FL) - December 21, 2017 The item description doesn't make it clear that this is a print out placed over a piece of wood. The image is misleading and looks like it's carved wood. It is not. The product is cheaply made and looks like garbage. Even though it was wrapped well mine came with a chipped corner. I requested a refund, but they wanted me to pay for shipping and would only give me store credit. I won't shop here again.

I guess By Shopper (Seymour, IN) - December 13, 2017 I knew the item was being made on a flat board, but from the pictures, I was under the impression that it would still look 3D where the names are displayed. But it doesn't. I'm only giving one star because at least the sides look as picture does. But aside from that, it's not what I was expecting at all. Makes for a crummy gift.

I thought it was a real piece of wood that gets engraved. It’s not. It’s printed and really cheap looking. It went from the delivery box to the trash can.
