Poor Print Although the description of the item explains that it is printed, the picture makes the item look like a quality print with dimension that looks very much like a plank of wood. The item received was a very much pixel-ated poor quality print. Unfortunately, I will not be gifting this item as originally planned due to the poor quality.

Looks cheap I bought this as a gift for a couple thinking it would be the quality I'm used to here. It is so cheap looking I threw it in the garbage. In reality it looks like someone just clued printer paper on a piece of wood. I would have been embarrassed to give this.

Disappointed I thought this would be a very nice engraved wood plaque for my 5th Wedding Anniversary (wood). But it was just a cheap lprintout glued to a sliver of a piece of wood. I was so excited to give this to my husband until I received it. So very disappointed. My 5th Anniversary gift to my husband made me cry it was so bad.

"So in Love" Basswood Plank I purchased this item for a shower gift, and was so disappointed in the quality, that I couldn't give it to the recipient. It is just a piece of wood with the wood grain, 'carved' heart, and personalization merely printed on it. I had hoped it would have had some depth to the 'carved out' heart'. Totally not the quality of other PersonalizationMall items. I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed Thought this product was actually cut out.only to find it was just printed on to "look" like it was cut out.

Piece of wood I just received a credit for returning this item. First it had a defect on the lower corner. Then I was unhappy with this item. It is a flat piece of wood, somehow it gives you a totally different look on the computer, the names are printed in a font that could be improved.
This item looks cheap and unfortunately I returned it at my expense even with the defect.
Customer service could have been better.

Don't Buy By Shopper (Anaheim, CA) - February 21, 2017 This has to be on of the cheesiest things I have ever purchased. The photo of the product does not adequately represent what you will receive. I was soooooo happy thinking I was receiving a high quality finish. That was not the case. This was a disaster and a waist of money.

Not textured Pic looks really cute but once you receive it you will see its just a flat picture of your names inside a heart. It doesn't have a 3D texture or look to it. Looks like a nice piece of paper that came out your printer. Only part that is cool is the outside edge of the frame. That part is textured and is 3D. And looks like wood. But my fiancé still thought it was cool.

Not as expected Very disappointed. Gift for husband for Valentines Day and it was not at all what I gathered from description and pic. The type and bark were printed onto the front. It was really wood but the only actual bark was on the side. I was literally heartbroken

Disappointed By Shopper (Papillion, NE) - February 13, 2017 This really would have been a great gift if they actually etched in the names and dates. It is a flat piece of wood with rough edges. It looked like the names were etched into the heart, but they are not. The heart and words are just drawn on and makes it look cheap.

Deceiving!!!!!! VERY disappointed!!!!!! The picture of the item is very deceiving. It appears to be a carved piece of wood with an indented area with the names. It is just a printed picture of very poor quality. I ordered two of these for each of my Daughters and their husband and I am almost embarrassed to give it to them it looks so cheap!!!!!!!!!!

Cheap looking Not as expected. Knew it wasn't engraved as stated but thought that only meant the writing. The entire plank is a print. A very low quality print. I've been shopping from this website for years I've never been disappointed in what I've bought until now. Should not sell this item.

Crappy low quality print. I have ordered many things go through this site. I have been happy with everything except this. Looks nothing like the preview photo. I think this place is great for engraving and personalized items...not for any prints or screen printed items

Quality Issue By Shopper (McMinnville, OR) - November 16, 2016 The picture shown suggests a deep set middle, creating depth. It also suggests a thickness that is not present (it's only about a quarter inch). The quality was poor and the whole thing looks unrealistic. This was meant to be a sweet gesture, not a potential joke.

Crap By the product's description, I thought the bark of the wood was on the front and that the only printed part was the heart insert where the names are.. I was wrong. The entire front is printed. The only bark is about a half inch strip on either side, which no one even sees. It looks trashy and I cannot give this as a gift. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I could not return it. Had the description been a little more accurate I would have not purchased it in the first place.

ehhh I read the reviews and still went ahead and ordered because I've never had anything I didn't like from this site. It was part of a wedding gift for a friend who had a woodsy theme.. it is pretty cheese looking, I thought just the heart part was paper which I was ok with, but the entire middle is paper and only real wood on the side which is just a small strip. The idea is really cute, but could definitely use a revamping. Not worth the money either. So disappointed.

Going in the trash This is a photograph of a log, it's blurry and looks very cheap. I was horrified when I opened it and am now unable to give this as a wedding gift, it went straight to the trash. Although there is a warning, that this is not actually a carved piece of wood, it was written in very fine print and the actual photo on the website is very misleading. I was willing to give this company a 2nd try and order another gift for bride and groom, but their customer service department only offered a coupon 20% off which to me was an insult, not near enough to compensate the $30 I spent on this item that is going in the garbage. I will not use this company again.

Horrible product I was excited to get this for my wife, and while I did see it's not carved it's printed, I obviously had my hopes too high. The product you will get looks nothing like the image online, in fact the product you will get looks as if this is a joke gift. When I asked for a refund they said no, after insisting all they offer is store credit and won't refund the cost of shipping and expect me to ship the horrible product back to them. 5$8: company is not worth anyone's business.

Nice from afar It's really a printout on a piece of wood. The first thing I've bought from here that was disappointing. It's cheesy up close but not bad from afar.

Would give 0 stars Wasn't what I thought I was getting. The picture makes it look like an actual carved piece of wood which is why I ordered it. I see now that it says its not but that should defiantly be in bigger writing and the picture should be updated to what it truly looks like so this does not happen again. I am very upset and will never order from this site again.

Believe the 1 star reviews - it's one big sticker on a plank By Shopper (CHARLESTOWN, RI) - September 13, 2016 Well, I saw the 5 star reviews and saw the 1 star reviews. What both failed to capture - most especially the item description - is the fact that this is just ONE BIG STICKER. I read the description that said "This is NOT a carved piece of wood, but a flat wood plank with a custom PRINTED design"
Of course, I thought that meant the writing - the pictures showed what was clearly a 3d heart with a printed, personalized design - so I went and ordered - but I never expected the WOOD AND BARK IS JUST A PICTURE TOO!
So it's ALL just a printed sticker - even the wood! And the picture of wood doesn't even match the wood on the side (i.e. not custom at all) And honestly it looks so cheesy it's just an embarrassment - more of an embarrassment to admit I paid $40 for a sticker on plywood
My advice - save the mockup photo here - and print that out and stick it to a piece of wood. That's what you're getting for $40 here. No refunds.

Poor Quality The print is very blurry and of poor quality. Customer Service informed me that their Quality Assurance Team approved it. I believe I could have printed finer lines on a dot matrix printer. Huge disappointment. Purchase a Sharpie marker and find a piece of half rotted tree and you will render a higher quality piece.

plank Got as a wedding gift. The log looks carved out but it's a generic laminate on top of wood! Looks cheap, very disappointed!!

It looked more 3D in the picture and when I got it it was of cheap quality and did not look very good. I can't give this as a gift. It is cheap. I know that I didn't pay much for it but I at least expected something that was of a little better quality. It was just money wasted since you can not return it.

Don't buy this item! This is the cheapest thing I have ever bought! I bought it for a wedding present! Now I have to find something else. It is a piece of paper glued to fake wood. I thought it would be real wood and this etched into it. Terrible!

Picture looks like it's actually carved and it's a cheesy printed piece of paper. Would not recommend this to anyone and I will not be giving to my son and daughter in law. The photo shown is not what it truly looks like in person. I tried to take the picture so that you could see it's nothing but a flat surface and not actual wood.

Waste of money - not even cute By Shopper (New rochelle , NY) - June 20, 2016 From afar, this plank looks beautiful but up close its really hideous. Do NOT spend your money on this piece of wood... go to etsy and get someone to actually burn it onto the wood because this looks like crap which is too bad since it's such a great idea. I wish I could get a refund it's that hideous.
