 DisappointedImage portrays a carved out heart from a wood plank. Looks like it has depth and genuine. Therefore I was disappointed when item arrived and it's just a flat print of a carved out heart. Not at all what it looks like on the image. Not worth the money.

Flat tree I guess i was under the wrong impression on this item. I thought it would be 3D with actual tree bark with the heart cut out. It's not and it's a poorly printed picture. Im very disappointed

Very Poor Quality By Shopper (Lauderdale, MS) - April 18, 2016 This item appears to be 3-D. It is simply screen printed onto plywood. This item has no texture and appear shiny on top. Looks nothing like the picture represented. When this was brought to the attention of the company they did nothing about it.

Not how it looks Got this and it's not at all what it looks like. It is just a print of wood that looks Crappy. I could cut a board and print the same dang thing at home for $5.00. First and last thing I will buy on here.

Cheap I saw the fine print where it stated it was not a carved piece but this is really not worth the money for what it is. It looks good from 10' away.

Wasnt impressed By Shopper (Montrose, MN) - February 22, 2016 I saw the picture and thought it was a great idea for a valentines day gift for my fiance. So i paid for rush delivery and got it and gave it to her without opening it myself. The heart that is centered in the picture on the website was drasticly not centered and they said they cant do anything about it. Very dissapointed

Disappointing By Shopper (Baldwinsville, NY) - February 8, 2016 This was just a flat printout. I understood this was not an actual tree of course, but from the images I hoped at least the carved heart had some sort of 3D aspect to it. Very disappointed in the product. I'm embarrassed to give this as a gift.

Horrible quality!!! I hated it! It looks like they took a picture of a tree with a heart carved and molded it to a wooden plaque! It looks fake and digitized and definitely not worth the amount they charge! It is not like they actually carve your names either! Completely digital from a computer and I am highly disappointed! Does not look like the picture!

Poor graphics I read that this was not in fact a carving but the graphics on the finished product are poor and nothing like what is represented.

DO NOT BUY!!! After receiving this personalized product I was extremely disappointed as to how fake it looked. The flat surface is not realistic. It does not look 3-D like the website portrays. All it is is a sticker on a piece of wood! It is not worth $29.00. Worst part is I can't even return it! I am too embarrassed to give as a gift because it looks so cheap. Guess it will just become firewood :(

Imitation Feature After receiving this personalized product I was extremely disappointed as to how "fake" the front looked. The flat surface is not realistic. It does not look 3-D like the book portrays. It is not worth $29.00. I should have paid more attention to the over-all reviews.
On the other hand...I purchased photo ornaments ...and I love those! I would recommend that product to anyone looking for ornaments to put loved one's photos on.

In the picture it looks like the heart is carved into the tree... The names also do not look engraves into the tree...so disappointed. Not worth the money and would return it if I could.

Disappointed I usually LOVE all the products I order, but NOT this one. It looks NOTHING like the picture. It isn't 3 dimensional at all. It looks cheap as well. Wish I could return it & get my money back but it's personalized :(

BAD I did not think that the product matched the image of what I was receiving. I was under the impression that the entire plank had the "wood" feeling to it with etched in words, which is NOT the case. In reality the edges have the "wood" feeling and the rest of it is just a picture. Too much money for what you are getting in return. I LOVE this website and this was my first disappointing purchase.

Cheap, Poor Quality, Looks nothing like the actual picture By Shopper (Elk Grove, CA) - November 3, 2015 I was excited about this it looks like it'd be really cute, but in reality it is a cheap, poor quality product. It looks like a cutting board with bark glued to the side of it when you see it in person. I wrote them about it and they told me they can't and won't refund my money when I told them I wanted to return it. I am extremely disappointed. There's a good chance I won't be buying from here again.
Its sad they wouldn't refund a cheap product for how much I have already spent with them. I'm sure they will remove this as the "terms and conditions" of submitting a review says "Once submitted, PMall is under no obligation to post or remove Submissions from its website.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.

not the greatest thought it would engraved in wood instead of just sticker over it i should of went to the woods cut a tree down my self and saved the money and over priced shipping will not buy EVER AGAIN FROM THIS SITE POOR QUALITY

Very Disappointing! I was really excited about this product when I order (3) of them to decorate our cabin in the woods up north. I was so disappointed when I got them! I read that it was a photo on a piece of wood, but I didn't read that it was going to be a bad quality photo on a piece of wood. I expected the photo to be high quality than it was. Review photo was much lighter than the product I received. The names are written with what looks like a sharpie. Nice idea, but poorly done! I would return if I could. I do not recommend.

Embarrassed By Shopper (North Adams, MA) - October 12, 2015 I got this for a birthday gift and I was actually mortified that it looked so fake. The online picture makes it seem as if it is 3-D but it is just a picture printed on a plank of wood. The sides are rough edged but still nothing like portrayed online. I have loved everything I have ever gotten on this site but I may think twice about what I'm getting next time.

Deceiving Piece "So In Love" This item's description mentions that the names are not hand-carved or carved at all, which I didn't mind, but this piece is not realistic looking at all in terms of the wood either. Not a carved heart, not wood bark to the touch, not even fake wood bark to the touch. Just a shiny plaque. Very disappointing to pay for something so far from how it's presented on the web site. I'm not sure I'm even keeping it, but sad to throw it away. This will definitely make me feel like I will try other sites first before buying from this one in the future.

My child could have done the same thing for free I was very disappointed. I think that this was false advertisement. On the actual site it looks as if it was 3D, an actual piece of wood and the carving of the couples names in the wood. When I received my package I was excited that it came, but as soon as I opened up the package I was extremely angry, disappointed, and hurt. It was nothing like I thought it would be. I was embarrassed to give as a gift because it looked so cheap. To say the least I will not be ordering anything else from this site.

disappointed By Shopper (Ashland, NE) - June 21, 2015 This frame is very deceiving. Even when I read the description I did not realize that it is laminated. I did NOT give this as a gift to the couple I bought it for. For it to look good you have to stand back about 10 feet. Loved the concept...not the outcome.
