Lovely gift for a very active 9 year old! This personalized tote is for a sweet friend who is active and on the go. I love the products of this company & the quality and order regularly!
What I do not love is Fed Ex, the company’s choice of shipper. Fed Ex is horrible and gets away with it by not updating online shipping movement and by making it impossible to speak to a human. This gift showed no movement AFTER the product was shipped by the manufacturer to a Fed Ex warehouse. Fed Ex does not care about on time arrivals.

Just what I wanted Thought I would get a retirement gift for my doctors assistant and this seemed to fit my budget. I could personalize it with her name and put a saying on it to my liking.
