Nice ornament The ornament arrived well before Christmas. Honestly the image was not as "clear" as I would have liked and it had a couple of bubbles. Also, since it was a Christmas ornament after ordering I thought maybe I should have gone with something with more "Christmasy" colors. But overall it was nice and the recipient loved it.

A Little Lighter Every year I buy ornaments for my co-workers to capture who was part of our group for that year. Our team grew this year, so I have to be creative when trying to fit upwards of nine names on one ornament. This year I went with the "Our Loving Family" - only listing employee names vice family names. While the ornament was nice, the picture is a little different than the actual product. The green background was a little lighter than the actual photo, and the names that show in the picture as very fine print were very hard to see in the final product. It will not stop me from ordering from Personalization again - just would not necessarily select this ornament.

Great ornament for a great price! Nice, ceramic ornament. Traditional, with a modern touch. Even nicer than what I expected. Will definitely order again!

Looks good This is a Christmas gift for family members. I really like how all of the different fonts look. My one wish is that the same names did not end up so close to each other. But the quality is great and it will look perfect on their tree.

Our Loving Family Personalized Ornament We love the Our Loving Family Personalized Ornament, we have a large family with 7 kids between us and it is hard to find any ornament that we can fit all of our kids on so Thank you for that. I was surprise how pretty it was when it got here so anyone wanting a very nice ornament to add to their family tree this one is for you.

It would be nice if your store could make more ornaments that could fit large families on them, we will be adopting number 8 this year and I don't think you have any that would fit them. I did have to double up our boy Robert N Jon I don't mind but it would have been nice to have a line for each name.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF EACH YEAR I TRY TO ORDER AN ORNAMENT IN MEMORY OF MY SON. THIS YEARS(2014)WILL BE IN CHRISTMAS COLORS. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE WITH IT IS: THE LETTER "M"...THEY HAD A BLIMISH. THAT'S THE REASON FOR A 4 STAR RATING. OTHER THAN THAT ~ THE ORNAMENT IS A VERY NICE ONE. I HAD ORDERED SEVERAL OTHERS AS WELL WITH DIFFERENT SAYINGS/LAST NAMES AT THE BOTTOM AND THEY TURNED OUT FINE.

Thank you gift to leadership team. This worked great as a Thank you to our leadership team at church. Was able to include everyone's name and the year. Only problem was some of the names the first letter got cut off.

Great gift! I love the design of this ornament. I only had four names and entered them twice to fill up space. I also added the year next to family name on bottom. Personalization is beautiful. I took one star away b/c it's not quite as bright as pictured.

 One for every yearWe buy one personalized ornament every year and this one looks great but the photo is a little washed out. Not sure if that was my fault or if it just printed badly. I'm still happy with the purchase.

Font problem The ornament looks nice and 3 out of the 4 names look nice. However, the font for the other name is a little difficult to read.

Bottom Lettering I feel that too many characters are allowed for the bottom section. After receiving my ornament the lettering on the bottom section looks too squished together and not easy to read.

I was very disappointed with the quality of photo on this one. I checked my image to ensure it was high quality and it was. I do not think I will order another ornament from here.

Nice ornament but poor picture quality By Shopper (Burbank, CA) - December 20, 2016 I was quite disappointed when I received this ornament. The quality of the actual ornament itself is nice, however the print quality of the picture was poor and blurry. When I called to complain, they claimed that they had recent issues with printing and would send me a replacement. However, the replacement quality was just as poor.

Gift for Friends I purchased these as a gift for our first (hopefully annual) "Friendmas" Party. Thought it would be a nice small affordable gift. We purchased 14. So they just arrived and I am a little disappointed in the print quality. The proof depicts such vibrant sharp colors and wording. The actual ornament is on the dull side and the words are pixelated so they almost seem blurry. I like them overall, just wish someone would have posted an actual picture of the ornament, not just the 'proof'.

As a consequence, some of the personalization on the upper part of the ornament is too small to see -- especially the personalization in white cursive. Disappointed in product.

 Disappointed!!I was very disappointed at the photo image on the ornament that I ordered. The picture was so dark that all on the people on the ornament could not be seen. ( The photo that I uploaded was not dark .. if I would have known that the company was going to darken the picture, I would have used a different photo)

Very Poor Quality The image was extremely blurry and unacceptable. I bought 3 ornaments from this site this year and they all came out this way. And all 3 pictures were taken with professional cameras and I have used them for other prints and projects without issue so I know the fault is not on my end. I will not be buying picture ornaments anymore due to my disappointment.

terrible Both the front and the back we're terrible picture quality. The picture that I uploaded was a high quality professional picture, both sides we're fuzzy. I will never buy these again,from this company.
