Better than expected... I received my personalized "Love Letter" gift yesterday and was completely satisfied with this product. I bought this as a birthday gift for my fiance and she absolutely LOVED it! The glass was a real solid piece that was totally flawless. I am a bit concerned that the letters could be rubbed off over time, as I had expected it to be engraved in the glass, but they are actually pressed on the back so as to see it through the front of the glass. Beyond this tiny little detail, everything came out better than I could have expected and I would definitely recommend this product for anyone that is in need of a more personalized present.
