Personalizationmall.com did an outstanding job concerning my Wife’s Valentines gift, and the prompt delivery to my local post office, however, that’s where the urgency to get my Wife’s gift delivered on Valentines Day ceased. The gift was delivered to my local post office the day before Valentines, however, it wasn’t delivered to my home until the day after Valentines. News alert local post office, “guaranteed delivery on or before Valentines Day” means just that!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GIFT AND THE STORE! First off I want to say that this store idea is absolutely amazing. I've stumbled upon this site about three days before Valentine's day to give my girlfriend a gift and I've come across this wonderful heart shaped idea that I can personalize. Well, I personalized it and I personalized a Valentine's card as well. When I received these two in the mail, the quality looked fantastic! I was skeptical at first because it was at such a low price, but from the looks of it when it arrived, this could definitely be selling for a much higher price point because it looks beautiful. My girlfriend loved it and it wasn't a typical gift that men usually get their wives/girlfriends during Valentine's day. Also, the customer service team was great because I had a minor problem with their shipping when it didn't arrive on time. And they gave me quick service immediately and refunded me for the shipping no questions asked! So I just want to say thank you to their team and I will be back again!

Just what I wanted The product was abosolutely beautiful. The quality was exceptional and not to mention the price was very reasonable . My friend loved the gift and says she will be putting it on her desk at home. The wording and spacing was perfect. I did leave a gift message enclosed and it was printed on the receipt , my suggestion would be putting the gift message on card stock or a separate sheet of paper just in case people want to frame the message. Overall great product!
