I received the item in less than a week and it looks incredible! For the price I paid, I couldn't have hoped for anything better. Everything was written exactly as I wanted and there were no flaws in the piece itself or in any of the engraving.

LOVELY I wrote my own poem on this. I ordered "2". I will put them back and give them as gifts for the bereaved (in lieu of flowers). Just lovely. Very pleased with the finished product. Nice size, too (not too large--not too small).

Beautiful This decorative piece of glittering glass is gorgeous. I don't know how they do the engraving but it looks so delicate and amazingly legible. I'm sure I'll be purchasing more items from the Personalization Mall in the future.

Spot on ! Every bit as amazing as I'd hoped it would be. Worth the 5 star review all day. Their packaging is fantastic and secure. I have one negative about it though and it has nothing to do with the product, it's the cost of shipping that is a bit obscured. I would do business with them a lot more if they brought their shipping costs down a bit.
